This afternoon I went in and it surprised me how nice the woman at the counter was. Definitely will come back!
I love the boba here and great customer service.
Customer service not up to par. Went inside today to enjoy some gelato after a hot day. The 3 employees inside didnโt greet us or even attend to us until after about 5 minutes of standing there staring at them. The employees instead were talking about their wages and how hot their cousin was the night before. Very unprofessional and in front of my little kids I would say was very inappropriate. To top it all off our order was wrong - maybe if they were paying attention to their customers that pay their wages we would have had a better experience. I hope they donโt treat other families this same way.

TLDR: Unauthentic "boba tea". One of the worst drink experiences I've had, which prompted me to write this review.
Against my better judgment of being open-minded, I should've known I was in for a bad experience when there were no Asian employees or customers (I'm Asian, and iykyk when it comes to authentic Asian food/drink).
Pros: Cashier was friendly. I was healthier as a result of throwing away the drink.
Cons; I ordered the most basic drink (plain Assam milk tea with boba) and they still got it wrong...very wrong. Milk tea was flavorless, watery, undersweetened, chalky liquid..a sorry excuse for milk tea. Boba was an acceptable texture but poorly integrated with the tea.
The employees have no clue how to mix drinks. The "mixing" was pouring of pre-concocted, flawed mix of low-quality ingredients. So when you start with crap, you get crap.
In sum, just don't come here for anything remotely related to boba tea, or a good drink experience in general. It's an insult to the boba tea franchise, as well as your taste buds.
Good selection, nice layout, and friendly service. In and out in 5 min.
Fresh boba with a relaxed vibe
Great bubble tea. Good amount of ice and not too sweet, unlike other places that add too much ice and sugar. Well priced and not much of a price difference between all the sizes, so next time I'll get the largest size. Unique menu with some flavors I've never heard of. I'll be back to try them all. Lots of indoor seating. Staff was friendly.
Staff is friendly. Small business with a huge heart

Good selections of bubble tea, fast service, and one of the few places that havenโt been infected by the tipping culture virus. Thereโs no tipping screen, as it shouldnโt be because itโs not a sit-down restaurant. When owners pay a fair wage, customers donโt feel manipulated or guilt-tripped to subsidize.
Verily disappointed they put Nutella on their menu, but it's not. Came out of a syrup container. Ruined my waffle. Nutella is not liquid or don't use their registered trademark in a menu to deceive clients! The employees working there were nice, but did not know what to answer.. manager not on site ..
I stopped by because I was craving Milk Tea and happened to be in the area. I saw good reviews so I decided to check it out, and let me say the reviews do it justice! It a has a cute atmosphere and looks pretty clean! A variety of drink options, and the drinks taste great!! Prices arenโt bad, and the guy that attended us was kind, helpful and quick. Iโd definitely stop by again just for the experience if Iโm by the are again!

The place was okay. The bubble tea was really watery and the bobas werenโt even chewable! The man at the front was kind but wasnโt offering too much of stuff.
