I like this place. I ordered iced pomegranate tea—it was slightly sweet and a little bit sour. For anyone who enjoys fruit tea but prefers it not too sweet, I recommend trying pomegranate! Also, the owner was so nice. Moreover, they only use organic tea and milk!

Possibly the best bubble / boba tea in the wider area. Superior ingredients & quality compared to many others. Hopefully more of these are available in future for others farther out to enjoy.

I have always had a pleasant experience here. Just recently I went and was greeted as I walked in. Very busy with young kids after school. The women up front was very informative on the drinks and had great recommendations. I enjoy the bubble teas, the store is very welcoming and has plenty of seating. They also have a punch card for visits.

Been here a handful of times. The staff are always nice. There's plenty of room to sit and enjoy your boba. For the most part, the shop is clean. The boba can be hit or miss. But I do like the raspberry fruit tea or the peach fruit tea. The tea can taste a little watered down, but sometimes it's good.

We came here with high expectations due to the super high rating. But the drinks we got just weren't very good. I got the lavender milk tea and my boyfriend got the Oreo Crush. Other than a milk sub to soy in my drink we made no modifications. I thought mine was okay, kinda watery, bobas were pretty bland after stirring it up but still drinkable, but my boyfriend's Oreo Crush tasted super watery (think Oreos blended with water and with tiny splash of milk). It's possible we just got a bad batch, but for nearly 12$ it was just disappointing. Service was great though and the interior was nice. I really liked the swing chairs.

Customer service was terrible. No greeting when we walked in, girl behind the counter was rude and as we walked out I said "Thank you so much have a great day!" They said nothing in return. The tea was the only good thing about our experience.
Unfortunately, bubbleology does not have the science of bubble tea mastered. As a boba connoisseur, from California- I can tell you this is not good boba. The menu is very limited, and what they do have, tastes fake and watery. The boba itself does not taste fresh and tastes over cooked. Additionally, the interior of this place is quite dirty. I will not be back, and I will be in search of better boba in the area.

Stop by here randomly after walking in the shopping center and got thirsty.Location/ Ambiance 5/5- Cute area in a family zone. Plenty of parking and cute chill vibe inside for teen or family to grab a drink and chill. Service was friendly.Large Passion & Fruit Cucumber - Nice and refreshing. I am not in to milk tea so this was perfect and i love that is wasn't too sweet so I can get my thirst refresh from the cucumber. Taste like a great mocktail !! Will be back if in the area
