The Bourbon BBQ sauce is Amazing! My buddy got me some one week ago and I had to have some more. I also tried the Jamaican Jerk, Wild, and Mango Habanero. Those were a little bit on the spicy side but super delicious too. I really like Boneless Wings. They have a BOGO special on those on Thursdays.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. They are not fully staffed so they have their customers order on their phones. The system is very complicated! I was with a group and half of our orders were wrong. At first our server was not very pleasant, but he turned out to be a really nice guy. Just aggravated with the situation that he’s in. I know I can speak for almost all of us when I say that we won’t come back there. Unless they get real people to serve us. Also, the manager on site was very rude to us. She acted like we were stupid because nothing on the system was working right.

The "Lance Just Wings" for the Super Bowl were AMAZING! I loved the sauce to protein ratio. I also liked that they were cooked all the way. (Salmonella is not a fun side!) 10 out of 10 recommends!!!

So first of all I would like to say this I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings before and it was good but now it’s completely going down and when I went there obviously the waiter was extremely nice. Now let’s start by talking about the food it was horrible when I went home I had the worst stomach ache I felt so nauseous I felt dizzy and sweaty it was not good at all and I’m still not feeling well so overall bad restaurant never going there again

We always get the wings and burgers when we go. The wings are fine. Asian zing is good but messy. I like the “Medium” as well- it’s buffalo flavor but without the saucey mess. The burgers are hit and miss. The traditional American burger is a safe bet. Not high end by any means. And the carrots aka celery that come with the wings are a let down. Service is mediocre.

Came here to watch football and eat some wings. First took over 35 minutes to get my wings and to top it all off maybe 20 minutes later I had to hit the bathroom because of the chicken and before you say it could be something else the chicken wings were in the bowl. As well the manager and bar tenders were very rude and told judging me for asking to switch football games. I will not be coming back and others I would not come here!
Whether I other online or come in person the service is always outstanding. I wanna take the opportunity to show gratitude over Lala for her great customer service after facing an issue with one of my receipts. She addresses my situation with care and solve it on the spot. Thanks again Lala, Buffalo needs more people like you.

No waiters or waitresses for food, you have to order through the app? You seat yourself, order for yourself, so what is the point of having staff? Completely dead atmosphere because of the lack of wait staff. Didn't bring any straws with the drinks. Tried to order through the app and it deleted our entire order! All the while, staff on their phones, chef goofing around behind the line, all around lack of care. Girlfriend asked for "celebration" RYE WHISKY meaning to say redemption and got beer lol. There were 11 TVs all next to each other playing the same exact thing but the one game that played over the loudspeaker was on ONE TV in the corner. Extremely tasteless coke, tasted like sparkling water. All around very unpleasant. Nice waitress, but horrible, horrible staff and service. Obviously no one cares and if i could give them 0 stars i would.

We ordered $300 worth of food for our business yesterday and were met with extremely poor customer service. All of the sides for our order were missing and when I called, the staff member argued with me about disputing this with door dash instead of them (we ordered directly through the BWW website, not door dash.) The staff member even hung up on me! I couldnt believe it. She was beyond rude and grumpy and refused to help me. The manager I spoke with was nicer but didn't offer to deliver our remaining food.

This is the nicest Bdubbs I've ever been to. Immaculately clean, bathrooms clean, food was great but most of all the bartender Ganelly was outstanding. She made an excellent margarita and was very attentive. If there is a phrase I'd use to describe her abilities, it would be "promote above peers". I'll definitely be back, and thank you Ganelly for an awesome experience!
