did a online order and went in and the staff didn't acknowledge anyone standing there.. multiple messed up orders.
took almost 30 minutes to get food
On 10/28/19 at 4:30 pm I Visited BK on Edwards Ferry RD Leesburg and the manager or supervisor was so rude and arrogant not only to customers but the crew working in the back . There was a gentleman working the drive thru and he was so nice with a big smile. That little girl needs to learn customer service and leave her cellphone along for a minute.
