I place my mobile order and I went to dine in and ask about my order so he find my order and cashier said we working on it so I waited for an hour. They were 3 staff working and it was busy at 2 pm so I asked again if my order is coming up, and said we haven’t received your order so I got charged without receiving any of my order and I asked for help to cancel it through the app, their manager said he doesn’t know how to cancel. Will never buy from this place anymore.

This place was very disappointing. The workers seem lost. Not only are they acting like they don't know where they are, they gave me whopper with only half a patty!! No customers inside and they are walking around like you are not even in line. The manager barely spoke English (acted very confused). The workers didn't seem confident in their own abilities to serve food and ignore everyone with smiles! I witnessed a few families come in and walk out due to lack of service. An employee showed up for work and immediately made herself breakfast sat down and watched as customers came in and walked out. She looked like she thoroughly enjoyed her two sandwiches/hash browns and coffee!!
Will not return. Horrible in all aspects.

The guy working at the cash register should not be working at all. I told him multiple times about my order and he had trouble getting my order. To mention I've seen him over the years and surprised he's still working there. He had charged me for a the drink even though I did not get any drink, only ordered the bacon king and fries.

Horrible experience! Very rude! Waited to order for a few minutes no one was responding so we decided to drive up to the window and the guy was extremely rude and decided not to order and leave! Definitely not going back!

Very displease about the entire experience I just had. I ordered via drive through and was rushed to place my order after I kindly stated after every question to please wait for I was getting kids orders. Getting to the food very disappointed I spent the amount of money I did for all my orders to be cold! From the fries to the burgers and the inside of the establishment was not even busy to be rushed and food to come to me as it did. Last time! I am really not the person to leave reviews like this I usually am okay I won’t return but this is ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on door dash and only got half of what I ordered, the one whopper I received wasn’t even cooked all the way and was raw in some spots, the fries were disgusting and ice cold, the onion rings were soggy and cold, the nuggets are over done. My father took a bite out of the burger and spit it out because it was raw. Stay away from this specific Burger King. The one in ashburn near Texas Roadhouse is 100% better.

This has to be the worst burger king in loudon county. I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when the whopper I ordered wasn't even wrapped properly. The sandwich was room temperature, with no lettuce, onions, pickles, or mayo. It only had a small tomato that looked like it came off the salad bar last week.
One bite, and I tossed it. If the management and the people working there Don't care about the food.Just close the restaurant down. Reopen under different management, with new staff.
As a real estate photographer, I have been to every Burger King in Loudon County.
I have been eating whoppers for 50 years. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Burger King.

This place has always been middle of the line but it's just really getting bad lately. Tonight when I visited, I waited for ~20 minutes in the drive through to place my order. Who does that... any reasonable person would have left long before that but because of the layout of this drive through, it's pretty much impossible to leave once you've pulled in (especially in the dark). At around that 10 minute mark, when there were no cars in front of me anymore, I started asking the box "Hello?" and didn't get a response. There was 1-2 cars behind me. Around the 15-17 minute mark I asked again and finally got an answer. I politely (especially considering how long I'd been waiting) let him know I'd already been waiting for more than 10 minutes and he not so politely let me know "we have a lot of customers and you'll need to wait". By that time the two cars behind me had already backed out so I was finally free to follow suit.
This place either needs to modernize or shut down. I would hope Burger King has higher standards than this and the place is generally just kind of slummy. Within a block of there you can find a Chic-Fil-A, McDonalds, Chipotle, and a half dozen other options; this is by far the most run down of all of them. The screens where you ordered flickered constantly, the service was terrible, the layout of the building left you boxed in to atrocious service.
After 20 minutes of waiting at Burger King, I made it home with a quarter pounder from McDonalds (and had it in my hand in under 3 minutes).
