Yesterday 07/30/2025 I ordered a Double Wopper through DoorDash when I was ready to eat it I realized that the bread was bad. Be careful, check your orders. These people don't mind giving bad food. They only care about selling. They should be ashamed.

Been here more times than I should’ve. This place takes the 1st place prize on the slowest service I have ever experienced at any “fast” food places.

Oh and the food quality is pretty bad - I highly recommend going to a different branch.

I went through the drive through around 10 PM and they close at 12. After waiting for 20 minutes, they finally told me they could not hear me through the speaker and told me to talk through the window. The first time around I asked for a an impossible Whooper with only lettuce, the patty and extra mayo. They gave me the Whopper with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and no mayo. The patty was rock solid and cold. I went through for a second time and then they gave me the Whopper with only lettuce and no mayo. The patty was still rock solid. I could understand this if it was 11:59 and closing in a minute, but they still had 2 hours to go.

While waiting both times for my meal, I only heard yelling from the employees which did not sound good. I do not think the person taking my order knew enough Spanish to communicate the orders correctly.

This place is really nasty and they don’t even take time serving your food it’s so. Sloppy the drinks don’t even taste good they taste old they do not wipe the tables after people eat after though there’s ants on the tables everywhere the bathroom is dirty they do not restock the toilet paper. They have no gloves on, and it stinks in there. The meat is cold, and has little things in it when you chew, please do not go here I recommend

Only one in line, had to wait about 10 minutes for service, finally got to the window where one kid was professional and was the only one working. The other two in the background need retrained. One was cussing and yelling in the other kids face, then he say his butt on the front counter eating ice cream and yelling profanity at the kitchen staff. Mean while they’re flicking each other Off and one was biting their nails while serving food. Will never be back

Please close this location. It is ran by children who do not care about their customers. I just had someone take my order while throwing out trash and having a water fight. The order is for someone else. I cant imagine ordering from here second hand and not knowing who's preparing my food. I'm sorry to the mobile order I am delivering too.

Who is this old employee? He can't speak properly, doesn't know how to behave and is very rude. Last time I repeated twice my order and he gave me wrong one. A business like burger king needs better employees
