Once good, now with quality control issues I always thought this place was good, and (at least) 2 years ago it was. However, I came back after 2 years of not eating here, and my has the quality dropped! The burgers were good, but now, they are dry, lack flavor, and overall have a much lower beef quality. The fries were also very dry. I got the normal fries and they were burned, bland, and as I already said, dry. The food is also overpriced. $10 for a bland burger and more for fries does not cut it. The workers were fine. Also, I do not like how, even with MACHINES to order the food for you, they still ask for a tip. 18% for a MACHINE is outrageous. If the fact that I selected 'no tip' is why my food was so bad, this place deserves one star. While I feel that this place is trying to be a good burger joint - which it was - I do believe that quality needs to improve. I hope this review helps whoever owns the business to change something. TLDR: Once a good food place with some of the best burgers in Loudon, now a quality issue mess. I'll be eating at Burger 21 from now on.

First time, looking for a burger joint to feed my two grandchildren. Long walk to get here from our previous store location, my expectatation was simple, fast, one plain hamburger, two kid drinks and a water for me plus an order of fries to share. Not all of us are prepared to go up to a display menu and stand there typing in our order. Absolutely not senior friendly and many seniors simply can't stand very long, my case, but it appeared to be my only option. I wanted a plain hamburger...forget it, this was not an option in the "machine". The drinks on the display did not match the drinks at the station. More standing as my granddaughters went to check out available drinks at the drink station. More standing, more pain. Finally settled for a hamburger with lettuce and tomato because plain hamburger was not an option. Got to the table number on the machine and the icon to choose was so vague even for a well educated person, certainly not easy to see. More pain from standing so long and felt like a rat going through a maze and hitting a brick wall trying to figure out how to enter the table number. Finally asked someone at the cash register for help. Some young person had just come up to his register which I did not know was an option because everyone I saw went to the computer. I had been standing at the computer struggling for ten minutes, young person gets helped first. I had to beg the cashier to come help me with the computer, and while he offered to take my order, I didn't have it in me to start all over again. He finally relented, came around, and showed me the tiny arrow to enter table number. Some of the drinks at the drink station were out. Again, they did not really match the options on the screen. Two young children, one old person in more pain from standing too long for something so simple. Finally got the two kid drinks and sat down. After a long wait a server came over with four burgers. Come on, what's the point of table numbers, it was not my order. More long wait and server brought the correct order, minus my water bottle. Had to get up, hobble over to the counter and request my water bottle. Hobble back only to find there is no ketchup bottle on the table. Get up walk to the opposite side for the ketchup station and....there are no containers to put condiments in. Walk to the counter, get a cup, back to condiment station, back over to opposite side where my granddaughters and I were sitting. Burger was "eh", fries were minimally salted. No salt shakers on the table. No server came over to ask how everything was. In the 45 minutes we were there, no server wiped any of the tables from customers who had left. I saw another station to bring our tray to but by that point it was all I could do to put our items on the tray and leave it on the table. For all that work and having cleaned my own table myself before we ate, I was not given the choice to not add a tip in the price. I am a big tipper, minimal 20% but often much more than that for good service. It's hard work which I understand having worked in the industry in earlier years. No one at this place earned any tip. Won't ever go back. By the way, for 1 hamburger with lettuce and tomato, 2 drink station self serve drinks, one order of medium fries, and a water bottle that I had to get myself, I was charged over $32 dollars. Don't bother going here.

My family and I really enjoyed this place and like to order takeout from them. However you can pretty much count on them either messing up or forgetting part of your order every time. It's so bad that I double up on ordering some items like extra sauces, just because I am counting on them forgetting at least one thing. On the last visit my wife got home and we found that they forgot the fries, when I called I was told I could come back to get them and that was all they could do about it. I asked for the manager and the kid on the phone said that the manager on duty doesn't speak English and that she wouldn't be able to help me out; at this point it was time to just move on.

Below average food and way over priced. I came here for the first time looking to try their Veggie BurgerFi and Cajun fries; unfortunately, both were dry and lacked taste. The burger wasn't hot, nor did it have much of a crunch or sauce; I added mayo, mustard and ketchup to give it some flavor. The small Cajun fries, too were dry and overcooked/over fried. Service was mixed, but the gentleman taking my order seemed uninterested in being there and unfriendly. Yes the vibe of the place was nice and clean, but for $18, this was a disappointment. I ended up throwing out my fries at the end.

The food looks so sad, burned and lumpy. Taste is kind of okay. This is our first time here and we are really dissapointed, $75 for the food you see im the pics.

Really a great place to go for a burger. The burgers are delicious, the service is amazing and the people that work at this location are truly very nice and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quick and healthy meal and for anyone looking for a good spot for lunch or dinner!!

It was great when they 1st opened...went back and it was so bad. No one wanted to help, so used the computer to order. Fries were cold and soggy along with the buns ...they actually served cold buns ...I guess I will be looking for a new burger place...

We visited BurgerFi while running errands, and most of it was good. My son had a burger on a gluten-free bun. He enjoyed and said that the bread tasted good, which sometimes doesn't happen with gluten-free things. The bun did crumble, but that's kind of normal. My husband had a burger bowl and he enjoyed it. I had chicken strips. They were crispy and juicy. We ordered fries for the table and were disappointed because they were undercooked. For the price of the food at this establishment, we expect everything to be cooked properly. We still enjoyed ourselves and I'm sure we will return.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Been here before, it has been awhile. Good burgers, overpriced.Stopped by 12/29 to fill my craving - regret it.Ordered the CEO, extra sauce ($2 extra charge which I have no problem paying).$17.50 burgerBurger showed up with barely any sauce at all.If you are going to overcharge for food and add a surcharge for extra condiments at the least you should get the order accurate and provide what the customer paid extra for.Rising prices, nickel and diming customers raises our expectations and holds establishments to a higher level of service/ food. You failed.Very nice staff, offered me the burger for free after but I had no interest. Free goods will not buy my patronage or understanding.Never going back to any location- plenty of options for overpriced food in Northern Virginia.

Have been here a few times in the past, but this review is from my most recent visit. I ordered the Garlic Jalapeño Burger, street fries and a vanilla milkshake. The vanilla milkshake was my birthday treat from their loyalty point system. I liked the burger: it was made the way I like. It was well done, but not dry. I only wish I had requested extra jalapeños though. The street fries were okay; I like my fries on the crispier side. I would've also liked more parmesan on mine. The milkshake was perfect for the meal. They used to take the orders at the counter, but I think they've since transitioned to having customers enter their orders into 2 kiosks placed at the counter. The staff were available for questions, though, if you have any like I did. They were nice and personable enough. There's plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor on a patio. There can be a lot of people dining in, and it can get loud. There's a lot of people who pick up mobile orders as well. It's your typical fast food joint in a really busy area. Overall, don't really have any glaring complaints. Would come back if I was feeling it.

big fan of the food, but the ordering screens take so long and are very laggy / glitchy and were just making me so annoyed. i understand it fitting the needs of the business just really ruined my experience a little bit. it also didn’t prompt me to add sauces and showed sauces in the picture with my meal?
