Wow. Manager Hilda, very unpleasant. All staff here is oblivious. No ketchup packets by trash receptacles, compartment trays totally empty. I have to wait in line to get ketchup? The chick fil a in my small Loudoun town is so unbelievably better than this one by the Target. My first and last visit.

I've never had a problem at a Chick-fil-A until I came across this one first they didn't even get say my name right and gave me the name Courtney and my name is Brittany not a big deal I let it go because it was a misunderstanding I get to the window and he didn't even take my order right I'm missing my half the things I ordered they had to ring it in again and than when they bought it out the Mac and cheese and the fries were missing they argued with me about it until i showed them my revei
