We always order on the way and pick up when we arrive and most of the times it is seamles. Yesterday when we arrive our food was not ready and some of them had to be cooked freshly again, we did not order more than 15 minutes before and we hit the we are here button about 6 to 7 minutes before arrival. As I said they are generally right on time but this time we had to wait about 15 minutes.

After a long trip home from DC, we made a stop at our usual Chick-fil-A location for a late dinner to go, and once again, I was beyond impressed. Every time I travel to Virginia, I make it a point to stop here, and the staff always leaves a lasting impression.
This time, Mikaela truly stood out. Despite the late hour, her enthusiasm and love for her job were evident, and her warm smile made what could have been just a regular meal something special. She ensured our food was prepared quickly and perfectly, but more than that, her friendly and upbeat attitude was the perfect way to end a long day. It’s moments like these that make me appreciate this Chick-fil-A location even more.
I highly recommend stopping here—whether it’s for the excellent food or the exceptional service, you won’t be disappointed!

I have come to this location a number of times now and I have to say that I have only good experiences. The staff is always friendly and attentive to the customers and the service is normally pretty fast. The dinning area is always clean and put together. The food that I have gotten is usually hot to high warm, never cold. I will say that sometime the size of the chicken cuts can be a little inconsistent, but that has to do more with suppliers than the restaurant. If you’re near and have a craving for some chicken this location is a good place to stop.
