First thing i noticed. Worker did not change gloves. As customer was talking to him, he was wiping his entire face with that glove. And then proceed to handling another order. No way.

Ordered a pick up, they ignored us the whole time, walked right past and focused on other things when someone finally said “I’ll get you next” only to keep moving on to other people, horrible

I came here around 7pm. Worse time to come here. It seems that there’s only teens working. I was waiting and waiting for my order to be taken. The one teen that was at the front saw me but was taking care of another order when I got there. I thought that when he finished he would help me. But instead he went to talk to his co worker in the back. They were all just talking and laughing and a lot cursing, they were loud. I was there just looking at them thinking they were going to take my order soon. Then finally one of the guys comes over to take my order. Just to tell that the chicken wasn’t ready. They seem to care more about the online orders then the walk ins. I usually come here for lunch and I always get good customer service. I won’t be coming here for diner anymore! I didn’t buy anything since they didn’t have any chicken.

Horrible experience. Chicken was ok with sauces that seemed watered down. The flan was absolutely overcooked and tasteless. The alfajores were poorly cooked and really shameful. So disappointing.

Always good and the staff is very accommodating. The yellow and green sauce/dip give you is superb. Rotisserie chicken hits the spot everytime!!

Chicken Rico is very good for quick takeout when you don’t want to cook dinner! The steak taco salad (ask to add grilled jalapeños), and the whole chicken with rice and beans are our family’s favorite!

We highly recommend eating your food at the store/right away. The white meat is a little dry, but the sauce helps. We like the green sauce the most. Hot tip: you can ask to get only the green sauce and they will give you additional green sauce in replacement of the other one.

1/4 chicken dark with fried rice and salad is my go to. Chicken is excellent at a reasonable price.

What I ate in the United States was a shame or insult to Peruvian food, it caused me to have diarrhea. The chicken was all dry, they gave me yucas that were not fresh at all. The lomo saltado looked like meat juice and I complained about it but the manager I think it's Indu and the Central American cooks.

Great chicken at a great price. Friendly staff willing to help. The chickpeas are my favorite side but wife has to have yucca and plantains.

A year ago I would have given this place a 5 star rating. Now the prices are driven up but quality has gone down. My go to dish is the Lomo Saltado. It was not made well, and they are so stingy with sauce. You pay $21 for a meal and they give you one of each sauce. Really? Had to pay for more, and they were not friendly about it. I probably looked bothered as well at that point. Customer service was not good either. I can go to super chicken in Dulles or a little spot in Herndon that would do better quality-wise. Won’t be back for now.

All of their food is good, but those black beans are so good they could replace cigarettes as currency in prisons. My go-to meal is chicken, beans and rice with black beans, and plantains! The black beans are amazing. My 2 year old could eat his weight in those beans.
