Some feedback based on my recent visits to your restaurant. I’ve noticed several issues that have impacted my experience:

Decline in Food Quality: It seems that the quality of the food has decreased. On my recent visits, the portions have been noticeably smaller, which is disappointing compared to my previous experiences.

Temperature Concerns: I've observed that if you visit during off-peak times, the food is often served cold. This significantly affects the dining experience and overall satisfaction.

Hygiene and Food Safety: The food that is left out in the open raises serious hygiene concerns. Seeing food exposed to the air for extended periods is worrying, as it can lead to potential foodborne illnesses.

Overall, these issues have made my dining experience less enjoyable, and I wanted to bring them to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made.

Chipotle has good food and is satisfying. But I think they need to consider using slightly thicker tortilla wraps for and maybe go light with how much they load up on the burrito option. The wraps always seem to have trouble handling the amount of food wrapped up in them, and maybe the staff here need to be trained on how much they should put in one.

This location has a nice view of blue ridge mountains when dined outside. My favorite go to place if I visit Leesburg outlets.

Rude staff, taking away meat portions that they deem ‘too much’. Filthy tables and bathrooms. There are much better Chipotle locations to go to than this. Then today, we found a piece of what looks like plastic bag in my 4 year old’s rice bowl (see attached photo). Don’t go here.

Food was good. We ordered 3 tacos with guacamole and a soda which came out to $21.13. Seemed a bit pricey.

I am an avid Chipotle goer and been to probably 50+ locations across the U.S. This has by far been the best in terms of quality and portion sizes. Highly recommend!

Just left this place and I think I need blood pressure medication.

The employees on the afternoon shift desperately need retrained. I ordered a bowl and asked for a half portion of rice. The employee literally put so little rice into the bowl you could count the grains and I had to ask her to put more three times.

I ordered a burrito with no extras and few toppings multiple times. Each time the burrito is ripped and the person preparing is unable to actually roll a burrito properly. Such a mess and such waste. Prep area was filthy as well.

Restaurant was was dirty enough that I didn’t want to get a drink and overall did not smell very good. The chicken I was served definitely was not cooked anytime recently and other toppings had actual ice in them when I ate my food.

I like chipotle, but man does this place need some of that retraining their ceo was talking about.

Food is over , instead of keeping up with they keep less food in your bowl

Staff is unfriendly and can barely communicate. Place was a filthy mess, no napkins nor utensils available. Food not as good as other Chipotle locations. Never coming back to this one.

I ordered via doordash and was disappointed in the bowl & burrito order. When i go in person, my bowl is overflowing when they put on the top. There are toppings to scrape off when it's opened. This order I didn't get to scrape off anything. There was barely any protein and veggies. What "filled" the bowl was rice & beans. The burrito that we ordered was over half full of rice. I've heard rumors that they are cutting back on portions to boost profits and would agree, if true, that my order was subject to cutbacks. The food was still good, but don't order delivery if u want Chipotle.
