Double charged for guacamole after saying I had only wanted 1 scoop. Absolute losers.

I walked into the chipotle and the first thing i see is five hardworking women taking on a 20 person line. Most places would take at least 20mins to get out of there yet this took under 5mins to send 20 customers out the door with a full belly and a smile on their faces. This might very well be one of the best experiences of my life.

Everything was fine until we got to the guacamole and I saw that it had cheese in it. I cannot eat cheese, so I asked the woman if I could get a fresh scoop of guacamole from the back that does not have cheese in it. They told me that they could not get fresh guacamole from the back and that if I want guacamole, I'm going to have to eat the one with the cheese in it. Then, the woman proceeded to mix the cheese in the guacamole to try and hide the fact that there was cheese in it. Then, when she realized I wasn't going to eat that guacamole with cheese in it she proceeded to wrap my burrito up when I wasn't even done putting all the ingredients in there. They were very difficult and rude. I don't think it's fair that we should have to eat cross-contaminated guacamole. I did call corporate and they will be following up with me on this issue after they speak to this store. This is not the only time that we have found cheese in the other food. I think it would be a good idea to put a cover on the cheese or put it in the front so it doesn't get in all the other food. And maybe hire women who aren't rude or angry.

Chipotle food always good. Staff here is not pleasant or friendly, although this seems to be a trend at many locations. Few exceptions where staff is excellent, but here they are grumpy and not nice, no greetings or pleasantries EVER. Not too many booths or low tables smaller location.

Terrible service . The white rice and brown rice had no clean tho or lime in it. The workers were unprepared. The management could care less. A woman tried to charge me double bc she didn't even put any chicken on one of my tacos. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The rest of the team encouraged it. I am not usually one to even write a review, but what I saw today was absolutely appalling. There was no pride in the restaurant. So bad that I will be reaching out to management. This is sad I love chipotle but their attitude was incredibly offensive and off putting. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Good food, very common for them to get your order wrong when placing an online order. They got our drink wrong and didn't add any lettuce or tomato in one of the bowls. Tables are often dirty. The interior is modern but small.

Nothing ever works at this chipotle. You're literally better off anywhere else. I just ordered delivery and waited 40 minutes. Even got confirmation that my delivery driver was there waiting for the order. Then my order was cancelled. Calling didn't help because the automation states they can't. They tell you to go to your confirmation email to chat with a bot who also can't help. This isn't my first disappointment with this location but this one was the most frustrating ones. Had a long day and I timed this order so that I could sit down with my family and eat. And we all know 8:50pm in Leesburg doesn't leave a ton of options for delivery. My order basically got cancelled for no reason, no explanation and no apology.

We ordered two burrito bowls, both with Carne Asada Asada. This was not steak, it was just gristle and fat, and could not be eaten. Then we go to scoop into the guacamole only to find the skin of an avocado. If you have ever hear the " How I built This" podcast the founder of Chipotle even explains how the skin of an avocado can cause food borne illness. Then out of no where my child says "Daddy what is wrong with my orange"? Well, it too was rotten. When I went to the on-line feedback portal, the virtual agent "Pepper" was of absolutely no help. There is a reason this Chipotle has over a 180 reviews and gets less than 1 1/2 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else. They took my $60 plus dollars and clearly have no interest in correcting these issues.
