Ordered pickup. The steak was tough, cold, tasteless and nearly inedible.
As someone who lives near the Belmont Chipotle, I will go out of my way to come here because everything about this chipotle is better than Belmont. It’s clean, the food is fresh, and they know how to wrap a burrito.

Got takeout on 11/12/25 and came home and there were actually bugs in our burrito and burrito bowl. This store is not clean and does not clean their produce.

Staff was friendly, portions were good, and the store was clean overall (dining room AND bathrooms. Plenty of seating.
Tabasco was available, which I have noticed is increasingly rare at many locations.

Honestly I have low expectations for a chain restaurant but even here it's still worse.
You're going to pay over ten dollars for a burrito where you get almost no protein, the staff seems to take it as a personal inconvenience if you ask for anything, and you're rushed through no matter how full it is.
I've gotten wrong orders twice on order ahead so now I have to walk in to get anything.
Its just....disappointing.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Chipotle location. As someone who speaks both English and Spanish, I was having a bit of trouble while placing my order. Instead of receiving patience or basic respect, the staff member taking my order was incredibly rude and unprofessional. What made the situation worse was that they started laughing and making comments in Spanish about the way I was speaking and ordering, clearly assuming I didn’t understand. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the training and culture at this store. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of how they speak or how they’re ordering. If this is how customers are treated when they’re simply trying to get food, especially in a bilingual or multilingual setting, then something seriously needs to change.
Do better, Chipotle. You can’t treat people like this and expect them to come back.
