Placed a pick up order. Ordered pinto beans, received black beans. Couldn’t try the food cause I don’t eat black beans. It looked nice though.

I tried to go Sunday February 16th and the store said opened till 11 so did the website and when I went to go in the doors were locked there were still a bunch of people inside but no one batted an eye completely ignored me and my family I tried to go in at 9:00pm and don’t even get me started on these ridiculous portion sizes hope they close down soon

Rice was undercooked like chewing pellets, somehow ran out of sour cream and couldn’t make more, and staff is super rude. Constantly rolling there eyes, grunting at you. I didn’t make you work here dont take it out on me. Recommend going to the Ashburn location, never had any issues there super nice employees as well.

Great experience overall! The service is always friendly and efficient, and the food is fresh and delicious as always. However, I would recommend adding some blinds or shades to the windows. It can get quite bright during the day, which makes it a bit uncomfortable, especially when dining with kids. A small change like that would make a big difference!

Small place, clean and food was okay, a bit spicy for me, but I'm a wimp, so there's that. I did ask the lady if the brisket was spicy and she said no so I did trust her. Apparently she must consider the fires of hell in your mouth to be mild.

The person who took my order was so unfriendly. She was rolling her eyes, mean mugging me, just all around nasty attitude. To make matters worse, the food was absolutely horrible. I through it all away. How do you mess up Queso? The quality of the food is ridiculous. I'm never returning

We can count the pieces of chicken on our hands on both bowls. We've had this happen about 5 times, specifically for chicken. It's the cheapest meat so why not give more.

First and last visit. Husband and I ordered steak bowls and they were extremely salty. After a few bites, we took both bowls back to the counter and a worker tried a piece of steak from the prep line and spit it out. Luckily, they gave us a refund.

This is one of the better chipotles in the area. Especially compared to the disgusting garbage chipotle in Ashburn by Home Depot. This chipotle gives me hope.

Workers standing around but place was filthy. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned so we could sit. Employee cleaned one table and left all others dirty. Food on floor everywhere. Worst conditions we've seen in a Chipotle.

By FAR the best chipotle I have ever been to in my life. THIS CHIPOTLE DOES NOT MISS. Every single time I get food at this location, it is immaculate, exquisite, flavorful, tasty, delicious, and literally heavenly. I cannot even go to other chipotle locations anymore because they will never compare to this one. The chips have a perfect ratio of lime to salt, the rice has just the right amount of cilantro and lime, without it being too much, the meat is perfectly seasoned, I LIVE FOR THIS PLACE. It is also very clean and not too busy. AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE PORTION SIZES. They are only putting a scoop but it’s a HEAPING SCOOP. If the scoop is not full, BAM another half scoop
