The main manager here is the nicest person ever! Is always positive and very hard working, HOWEVER, can’t say the same about another manager there. I’m not sure of his name but he’s very tiny skinny and tan and he is the worst “manager” ever he is nothing but rude and always mad at work

Amazing food! Tons of pizzas, pasta and soup! I was full and satisfied after going here and would heartily recommend this to anyone. Has vegan pizza and a soda fountain.

Wish I could give it less then 1 Star; My Ex wanted to eat here for her birthday so we came here after her shift was over at the outlet malls, and as we where eating I got up to refill my soda and the guy who had been behind the counter serving pizza had been getting a drink drank it and tossed it into the trash, then on his way back through the doors to counter area I saw him spit in his hands and wipe them together as if that cleaned them, he immediately went back to serving pizza... I Alerted the management.

When I walked in and learned that there was 35 kids in the restaurant I was ready to walk out. But the staff of only three handled it very well. They kept the buffet stocked and remained very calm and polite. After the kids left the staff were very quick to clean up after them. Overall experience was not the nightmare I was thinking it was going to be. Thank you to the staff of Cici's

I'm not sure when the management went downhill. I just left there and it was the most disgusting place. EVERY single table had dirty dishes on them while the staff just stood around and talked. We will not be going back.
More than just a pizza place -- the manager goes above and beyond! The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, and the prices are great. Plus, they offer a military discount. Words cannot express how much we love this place!
