Came in at 8:40 when they close at 9:30. I asked for a birthday cake remix and she makes it with an annoyed look on her face. I say "can I get a cover to go" and she literally rolls her eyes and throws the spoon away and puts a cover on it. My husband gets his ice cream and she goes "any toppings?" He goes no... people kept coming in and she just got more and more aggravated. After we paid I was like can I get a spoon as well. She placed it aggressively on the counter. As we were walking out my husband goes "she did not like us" absolutely rude I get you don't like working and that it got crowded after we paid but the attitude was unacceptable.Dietary restrictions: Only 1 dairy alternative ice cream and 1 sherbert.

Internet says they close at 9:30. Their door says they close at 9:30. We showed up at 8 pm, and hour and a half before their listed closing time, and the door was locked and they waved us off. Update your hours or post a sign.

We got what we asked for. It was fine. Staff was obviously annoyed we were there. Just cold. No friendliness, just barking "next " at us. One napkin dispenser near the register, frequently blocked by paying customers. Wallpaper falling off the walls. Will not be back. Brusters and Grutos are much friendlier and cleaner.

The guy who took our order couldn't comprehend anything I was trying to say and was just rude. Somehow, they also couldn't take 10 one dollar bills in exchange for one 10. The ice cream was ok, but very expensive for the small amount we got.

No, just please do not go here. Went here yesterday with my 9 year old son and significant other. Unfortunately, we passed up Rita's Italian Ice and Custard for this. This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST branch I've ever been to. Not only are the employees rude and acted like every time a customer came to order, they were being bothered, but they are super lazy. You ask for the Cold Stone Creation and they ask you what toppings, how about the ones that are listed on the menu?? Which I did not even see were available. Least helpful and worst pricing I've ever seen. Seriously, $30.00 for old ice cream?? Please steer clear of this place. Your money is better spent elsewhere. No wonder the place was empty when we went in. We will not be giving our business to this place again.

Unwelcoming interior. There's only two tables inside and absolutely no other seating anywhere outside or anywhere nearby. The ice cream I got tasted kind of off, not quite the quality I'd get at another Coldstone location. The employees just stared at me the entire time and it was super weird. I don't really care if service isn't super friendly but the staring made me mildly uncomfortable.

I never though I’d give an ice cream place a bad review. Completely clueless staff, wrong color ice cream, half melted when we got it. Just a roll of paper towels from the bathroom dispenser at the register.

Went last night. Woman with very long hair took my order. Hair not tied back at all. Used her gloveless hand to push hair back and then scoop my ice cream. $6 for smallest serving.

didnt mixed the ice cream and toppings. just scooped it into a cup and put 2 whole reeses on top. rude as hell on top of that. complete waste of a birthday reward.also i ordered a scoop of peanut butter cookie dough and a scoop of chocolate fudge brownie. she scooped the peanut butter and then the chocolate one with the same scoop without rinsing it so now thwres just peanut butter ice cream in the chocolate

Literally the worse service! Went to take our girls out for spring break and get some ice-cream. The guy who made the ice cream was so rude, didn't have manners at all!!! He seemed like he was just trying to get us in and out and charged us the most. Greedy and rude!!!! $37 for 4 small cups! We could've just gone to the store and have our own ice cream party for that amount! Totally made it a not so fun experience for our girls! Didn't give them time to think and enjoy their topping choices! Never going back!

I went on a Saturday night 15mins before closing. I checked online their hours and it stated they closed at 9:30pm on Saturdays. I pulled up and people were inside, as I was parking the people walked out. As I was walking up to the door a young male ran to the door and locked it in front of my face. I stood there in absolute disbelief that he had just done that. There was another young male inside lounging by the register on his phone. I understand wanting to close early on a Saturday night and they very easily could have started the closing process while I was in there but to lock the door in a customers face is absolutely unacceptable especially when you have 15mins left before closing. This is less than 2mins from my house but I will be gladly going to further away to Baskin Robins or Brewsters to give them my money and not here after this experience.

Ordered a banana hot fudge Sunday. Not certain what delivered but it had nothing accurate about the order. Last time I’ll order online with delivery from them very disappointing

Went in 10 min before closing without realize and the lack of interest they had was unbelievable. Rather than saying hello or how are you, we got a "we are about to close so what do you want?" With the most annoyed tone in his voice. Chick fil a across the street will "my pleasure" you even after closing time so go there instead. Go to brusters instead kinder service and more bang for ur buck

I used the Cold Stone app to order delivery. They forgot one of our signature creations, when I called to ask for it they said I had to request a refund (which you can not do in the app), and that I had to do it through DoorDash which I didn’t have access to because I didn’t use it for the original order. Then when I asked if I could have my ice cream they said “you can’t” I asked “why not” and they said “I don’t know.” So at this point I have one person without ice cream, and the store has the money, tip, and delivery fee I paid without providing me what I paid to receive. I was told that I will “hear from the owner” but that remains to be seen. As of right now there has been absolutely zero customer recovery attempted.
