I wanted some eclairs for my wife’s birthday (she’s not a cake person). The eclairs were skinny and small and cream puffs were TERRIBLE! Chocolate on top or eclairs tasted like Hersheys syrup. Cream inside although abundant had no taste at all. It tasted basically like cheap whipped cream. Cream puff was the same. The chocolate cream puff was filled with chocolate mousse NOT CREAM!
They should be ashamed of the prices they charge for this garbage. Frozen from the grocery store would is better!
I’m glad my wife is not a cake person as their 8” cakes are $75-$85! Ridiculous! Highway robbery!

Haven't been in a while but today i decided to treat myself to a cherry Danish (my favorite 😊) and I noticed a SIGNIFICANT quality difference. The cherry toppings had zero whole cherries and had a more artifical cherry flavor to it. The Danish dough was more tough not like and flakey like it had been in the past. I know places are trying to cut food costs right now with the economy. But just saying, I notice a difference.
I just got an almond croissant today (02-05-25) and definitely was not fresh. Maybe yesterday’s?

We visited Leesburg last month and found this gem! And now I’m back home in PA watching the snow fall, realizing we have no groceries and craving their baked goods and breakfast sandwich! We ended up visiting twice while we were in Leesburg and my only regret is not visiting a third, fourth and fifth time. I can’t remember the name of the danish I had but it was like a sweet French croissant. (Side note, we had the ham and the bacon and egg sandwiches and they were HUGE and so yummy!) 5 STARS! *****

I am so thankful my goal wasn’t to try to visit 1000 bakeries because if they were anywhere as good as Dolce & Ciabatta I would probably need to invest in larger looser fitting clothes. The deliciousness that permeated through this shop was heavenly. I walked out with a bag of rolls, three baguette, two mini baguettes, and 6 butter croissants. While in the shop I had their almond croissant and a muffin. Oh my…talk about no will power. I obviously have none when a bakery smells this good!
Sadly, cortados were not on the menu. The friendly woman taking my order didn’t know what one was and there was a line behind me so I ordered a double cappucino with less than normal milk and a lower the temperature of the milk. It sounds was more complicated when I type it. Anyhow, the cappucino was made exactly how I ordered it and I enjoyed sipping on it while I ate the most amazing almond croissant of my entire life.

It is so elevated, so exquisite! I wish I could have breakfast there everyday! You won't find a better bakery in Loudoun County! Those mini gourmet pastries are the classiest and most refined pastries I've tasted since I returned from France! It is that good! if your not convinced, you MUST go and try one for yourself!

The Nutella volcano is the best Nutella pastry I've ever had. Everyone tries to make a Nutella filled pastry, but this one is caramelized and different.

Great Bakery! Quick service! Fantastic options, you’ll definitely find something if not three things to crave. Small bakery like a normal one would be but great energy when you walk in. I recommend them to everyone.

The pastries here are delicious! This is by far the best kouign-amann that I've had in NOVA (what some fancier/more expensive places I've had out in McLean, for example, doesn't even resemble a real one), and the sticky bun is also a favorite.

The best, home baked pastries you can find anywhere in Northern Virginia. Absolutely delicious. And fantastic coffee too. Breakfast sandwiches are amazing too and one will feed 2 people.

This place used to be awesome but something has happened along the way and it doesn't feel the same anymore...service went down and flavor is a little bit different on some of the items
