I went over to order a cup of coffee when the store was about to close. Although the staff told me that they were about to close, they still welcomed me very warmly. Thank you very much. I just moved here and I felt respected. Two young handsome guys. Hahahaha.

Order was placed in drive-thru, husband came home with the food and the frosted doughnut was completely covered in wax wrap and all the strawberry frosting melted on the wax wrap. Our daughter was disappointed and so was I. The hash browns were soggy too. The service here is all over the place. Sometimes the food is great other times the quality of care of the food itself is poor like today. Very disappointing for all of us. Left a sour taste in our mouth.

Update, 1 year later. Same review. This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Needs new management.

This places quality is all over the place. On a day where there's certain employee's the drinks and food are great. On a day where there's other employee's (Today for me) My sweet tea that is normally way too sweet is sour and bitter. Totally disgusting I had to spit it out! I am so tired of the flip flop here. :/

I was early for a meeting nearby and stopped in here for a cup of coffee. While there I also ordered some chocolate donut holes. Service was quick and helpful. The coffee was great and so were the Munchkins.
Nice place to stop for coffee and a quick bite.

I actually hate this dunkin so much, every worker has been actually terrible to the customers either ignoring them or just straight up being rude, but they also make every drink wrong or bad. Just sat in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken for 5 minutes and as i’m saying hello to the speaker, no one responds for a good couple minutes then a women tells me to wait. i was the only one in the drive thru at the time other than a car behind me just pulling in. when i get to window, the women are doing nothing, just standing and laughing about something. minutes pass again and a different person comes over to hand me my drink. Those drive thru workers were doing absolutely nothing but making me wait 10 minutes for a coffee. I won’t order from this dunkin ever again, they love to wait people’s time and money.

I’ve been here plenty of times ordering coffee and today has to be my last. Depending on what day and time you go determines how bad your order will be messed up. I don’t recall a single time my order has been correct. You ask for no whip on latte, its printed no whip on the cup, it comes out with whip on it. You ask for a ice coffee with caramel and cream, the number amount they put in is different every time for the same size. Shoot I've even had times where they just didn’t put in caramel or the cream. These aren’t even fancy or complex orders! Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in downtown leesburg on east market. Its literally down the street and miles better than whatever they’re doing here

I ordered a decaf iced coffee on the app (I only drink decaf for medical reasons) when I went to pick up I watched the barista make my drink with regular coffee. When I asked if it was decaf he confirmed it was, but I watched him pour it from the original coffee spout. So I asked them to remake the coffee using decaf and they said they were actually out of decaf and just giving everyone the original blend. I’m so glad I saw him make my drink instead of just picking it up on the to do counter. It saved me a trip to the ER today.

We have 2 Dunkin doughnuts and neither of them ever have anything. I wish they put a krispy kream instead. Fresher and better doughnuts.

Dunkin’ you always seem to disappoint. I’ve ordered the exact same drink about 6 times, and it’s tasted different every single time. Twice it tasted good, twice it had no flavor and no sweetness, and my lastest one was so sweet and syrupy that I couldn’t drink it.
The only thing I’ve enjoyed consistently at Dunkin’ is their everything bagel bites.
They need to learn how to make drinks consistently.

Come once a week , and the morning crew has quite the routine and system going. I think it’s well ran, morning at least . Haven’t experienced another shift .

Horrible service. They made our hot drinks only half full using foam to pretend it was full. Even though the screen said our “order was ready” nothing was ready and we had to ask 3 times for our drinks and food only for the manager to say “it was a big order.” We ordered 2 wake up wraps, a sandwich, and 2 avocado toasts and it took 25 min for them to complete with a store with 7 employees. You need to train better and treat your customers better if you want to succeed.
