Dunkin'

Had to repeat my order three times at the drive through and it was still incorrect. They made my drink incorrectly, did not give me my bagel, my munchkins, and charged me for a sandwich I didn’t order. The sandwich I did order was wrong. Employee at the window tried to argue with me about my order as well. Will not be coming back again, and will recommend other avoid this location.

Ordered coffee with cold foam, didn’t add cold foam. Ordered bacon egg and cheese on crossaint, crossaint was burnt and no cheese was added. I prefer the baskin Robbin’s one better then this one.

Ordered mobile order for pickup, some options were out. Got there and order wasn’t ready and two of four options for donuts were not available. Not sure why they don’t update like the others, but will not come back here again. Poor service. Also couldn’t refund or cancel because there was manager on duty. AWFUL. Ruth was super rude

The drink was cold. Ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato and had to wait for a long time.
It looks like there are no system in place.

Go inside if you're going to order.
They'll still mess up your order but at least you'll be able to have them fix it before you leave. Every single time.

Went to get 2 pup cups and a donut for my dogs for their farewell. Staff were short, rude, and slow. I’m already heartbroken over losing my dogs, and taking 15min for my singular order of whipped cream and a donut is crazy.

Every time I visit, the staff greets me with genuine warmth.

I had an unpleasant visit to this Dunkin this morning. I ordered the simplest drinks they could possibly make here , a Md unsweet tea & large unsweet tea. The lady taking our order was rude and I had to correct her three times about these two drinks!!!! I was polite as could be. When I get to the window I asked her to repeat the order and she still had it wrong, so I corrected her for the fourth time. She said that it wasn’t what I said in the drive through… Once the drinks came out , one of them was sweet and the other unsweet. I normally wouldn’t be upset about a simple mistake , but this was far more than that. Horrible customer service from this place.

I went over to order a cup of coffee when the store was about to close. Although the staff told me that they were about to close, they still welcomed me very warmly. Thank you very much. I just moved here and I felt respected. Two young handsome guys. Hahahaha.

Order was placed in drive-thru, husband came home with the food and the frosted doughnut was completely covered in wax wrap and all the strawberry frosting melted on the wax wrap. Our daughter was disappointed and so was I. The hash browns were soggy too. The service here is all over the place. Sometimes the food is great other times the quality of care of the food itself is poor like today. Very disappointing for all of us. Left a sour taste in our mouth.

If you enjoy sitting in your car for 30 minutes, waiting for coffee; this place is for you.

Update, 1 year later. Same review. This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Needs new management.

This places quality is all over the place. On a day where there's certain employee's the drinks and food are great. On a day where there's other employee's (Today for me) My sweet tea that is normally way too sweet is sour and bitter. Totally disgusting I had to spit it out! I am so tired of the flip flop here. :/

I was early for a meeting nearby and stopped in here for a cup of coffee. While there I also ordered some chocolate donut holes. Service was quick and helpful. The coffee was great and so were the Munchkins.
Nice place to stop for coffee and a quick bite.
