Needs new management. Food usually good but inept employees make it often a bad experience. Drive thru was stopped 20 minutes once for me. So sad to see a great brand so mismanaged. Corporate should step in.

Unfortunately Leesburg Dunkin Donuts struggles every visit I have come here… each time I think …extremely long delayed food and multiple times missing items in the order on the receipt…25mins of time and still don’t have our food!

I visit this place several times a week.. unfortunately it seems the two employees I got to know and see frequently are no longer working in this store. They hired some new staff and the service struggled some but the manager seems to be very involved and working hard to run a great store. I order the same drink every time and it seems to be made differently by each employee. I could understand a small difference but when I ask for 1 cream and one person hands me a dark brown iced coffee and the next time it looks like light brown milk, I can tell it wasn't made correctly. It's frustrating when I can tell it wasn't made correctly just by looking at it and the drive through worker tells me I'm wrong.. either way, I'll remain a customer. Im just glad to see continued improvement at a still fairly new storeVegetarian options: Meatless sandwich, veggie options, bagels .Parking: No issue. Plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Lots of seatingWheelchair accessibility: Parking and easy access plus curbside take away

Every time I go I always order the same thing. A refresher and a grilled cheese sandwich. They always forget to grill my sandwich. Like dayum I know those employees are sick and tired. They even make me wait and park upfront. All to get a cold ahh sandwich with two slices of cold freaking cheese. It’s not even like this happened to me once too it’s every single time I go.

My friend once got their foot ran over while working here once and they provided a better service then the current workers. Don’t go to this dunkin go, the one that has a baskin robins is actually managed well.

Bagels taste either reheated or stale?! My “toasted” bagel today is stiff as a rock and not because it’s toasted, because it’s not. These are not fresh. How is this (photo attached) a toasted bagel with cream cheese????

Drive thru worker was nice. Food was not so nice.Bacon egg and cheese wrap you could tell was prepped some time ago and they attempted to reheat it. Hash towns tasted like they were made, given an ice bath, and then microwaved. Sweet tea had some kind of weird foam on the top of it and tasted like beer. Something must be fermenting in their tea setup. Someone call the health department.

Terrible location. I live nearby and their delivery driver comes in every night at 2:30-3:30 am With his radio blaring. He makes a huge racket wakes up neighborhood. My neighbors and I have filed police reports. We are asking town to limit them with no deliveries from dusk to dawn. Just a really low class operation.
