Wife and I went to this place today for Chef's Tasting & Wine Pairing. It was amazing experience, and great food/wine. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

ABSOLUTELY loved this place. Great food. Great service. Great ambiance. Went for a wine social and stayed for brunch. Everything we ate was delicious! I definitely recommend the crab Benedict, parmesan grits, steak and eggs, and French toast (and I typically don't eat French toast). The creamy espresso martini was a good addition to my meal. I may have found my brunch go to spot...

This place is awesome, hidden gem on the downlow kind of frequency. Support local - just like Historic Leesburg Walking Tours ♡

I stopped by with a friend to enjoy a glass of wine in what seemed like a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant was quiet around 5:30pm, and the hostess kindly asked if we preferred a table or the bar. We said we’d prefer a table, but then a man—possibly the manager—came over and told us they couldn’t accommodate us at a table because they were “at capacity.”

We completely understand that seating guests “just for drinks” at a table can take away potential revenue from dinner guests, and that would have made sense if the dining area was busy or filling up. However, the restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived—and even two hours later, several tables were still open. What made it even more confusing was that the same full dining menu was available at the bar, so the distinction didn’t seem to serve any real purpose other than to turn us away from a table.

We sat at the bar instead, where the service was okay and the atmosphere was pleasant. Still, the interaction left us feeling unwelcome. It’s disappointing because it’s a beautiful space, and a bit more flexibility or courtesy would have made a big difference.

I had the most delectable experience at Eschlon. Jack and Connor are the best! The food was perfection, the drinks spot on. The best was dessert - the tiramasu was over the moon, only to be matched with a glass of Maker's Mark. It was a perfect dining experience.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Echelon Wine bar and it was a fantastic evening. The side room was perfect for our party of 16 and the restaurant was beautiful. Everyone loved the food and the servers did a great job. The management was communicative and professional, even after a mix up with the event dates last minute.

Nice new American flavors that pair well with wine, or on their own.

To start the decor is beautiful. The wine was fabulous, BUT the CHICKEN AND WAFFLES, best I have EVER had! There’s a light buttery sweet sauce that had a kick of habanero that left me wanting more!

The food was delicious, we ordered literally the entire menu minus the charcuterie portion. BUT… our server said she’d course it out so we could enjoy a leisurely meal, and everything came out super quick and either at the same time or very close together. We sent the steak back because we had four other plates on the table. If they had slowed down we would’ve ordered at least one kore bottle of wine. So, while the food was delicious, the service and pacing made for a frustrating experience.

We had an amazing dinner during restaurant week with a three course planned menu and wine pairing. Every course was delicious with seasonal ingredients and beautiful presentation. Our server was professional, very knowledgeable about the food and wine, and personable. He made sure we had everything to our liking and very attentive to our needs. The atmosphere is sophisticated and relaxed. Love this restaurant

Echelon has so much potential but needs to tighten up some issues before it can really be a standout destination. It's pricey at $100 per person, and on our visit at least, not worth the expense. The food was good, not great. Our potatoes were so hard as to be inedible and the lamb ribs had a spicy, goopy balsamic glaze that was overwhelming. Our server poured our wines 10-15 minutes before the food was ready, and did not explain how they'd pair with the upcoming (and unknown) dishes.

I want to express that this is still my favorite winery. Every time that we’ve been to lost Creek/Echelon the customer service is out of this world. The executive chefs are amazing and you can tell they take pride at what they do. the decor and the atmosphere has always been pleasant. Trinity is my favorite wine It’s sweet and has a smoky/pepper taste to it. If that’s up your alley. You should definitely give that a try and take a bottle or two to go like I always do. I want to thank Bear & Kate They were super attentive and pleasant, I do appreciate them going above and beyond for us. We’ll be back again💜

Wonderful atmosphere. Cathy was a wonderful sommelier and the tour of Spain/Portugal was amazing. It was my first time there, but I will definitely be back soon!

The food and wine are always outstanding and the hospitality is inviting, warm, and professional. Echelon is a staple for us when visiting RVA. Their Leesburg location is just as wonderful. Highly recommended for wine and appetizers if you’re on the go, or a relaxing and leisurely dinner if you have time to dine. We’ve tried an array of menu items and have swooned over each one. Book a table or grab a seat at the bar and try for yourself!
