My family and I have been patrons of the Ford's local chain for years, unfortunately this location has had multiple problems over the past month or two. Every time we have ordered drinks the wait time is 4-5 times longer than it should be, and our food continues to come out wrong or our appetizers come out with the meal. The wait staff seems to be attentive but the bar staff looks like their effort meter is hovering around 4, and I'm sure it's not much different in the kitchen.

6 ladies arrived about 4:45 for an early dinner. After 15 minutes we still had no water or any sign of a server. After getting up and asking one server came and said she was not our server but would be back. Another 7-8 minutes. We decided to leave. I did speak to the manager on duty - My Tyler -to let him know our experience. Of course, we will not be back and we will tell our friends. Food is fairly expensive and a small menu so we will not miss the place.

I don't eat seafood. My friends love seafood, that is the reason why there. I ordered a hamburger medium well, and it was overcooked. The second one was grate. We had different drinks, and everyone liked theirs. I ordered Irish coffee, they didn't have a clue how to make it. Nice plase, nice service.

I had take out so I’m honestly just rating the food. This is one of the only spots that have fried lobster so they get 4 stars just for that. If it was a little less salty it would get 5 stars. Fried foods are typically on the salty side but it seemed a little excessive.

We had our daughter's birthday here(9). And the Manager and staff were super nice and accommodating. Let us bring a birthday cake and balloons and we're very patient with us and the kids. But great experince. Highly recommend

Reminded me of beach restaurants back in RI, especially the food. Real good fried clam bellies which are hard to find around here. With Narragansett on tap I felt at home. Will be back

After no good times for dinner at Ashburn, we visited the Leesburg location, smaller but always available. Greeted warmly and got to choose a nice booth after being seated somewhere else. Our server made sure o tell her it was her first day (Hannah) and except for slightly messing up our salad, she got the most complicated meal all OK.

We ordered guacamole, Maine ships and for main course 2 chopped salads, lobster tail with scallops and crab cake (kids Filet also).

Glass of wine.

Nice visit and polite management (who fixed our dry salads by getting us more dressing)

Terrible service. Waited at the host table for a long time before being seated when they weren’t busy at all. Nobody was upfront to seat you. Ordered raw oysters and a glass of wine… the server brought the wine with the check long after we had finished our oysters. They were not busy at all. Table were dirty. Do not recommend.

We have tried other Ford's locations. Food was good. Crab cakes too heavy on the salt. All fried foods excellent. But server, Raul, was the best. Attentive, kept everything moving smoothly. Great job! Five stars for Raul.
Hope we get his table again!

Had the fish and chips and fishwhich. Both were very good. Not too much batter. Bun was a bit on the soft side.

The lobster ? bisque was sooo salty, it has some lobster bits in it, if it wasn't this salty it may be ok. Te oysters were so-so , not the freshest but acceptable. The saving grace is the lobster ? rolls, good chucks of lobster with a side of butter. It also came with he string fries and grilled corn ? so that dish was perfect, love that. ?

Fried lobster was amazing as usual. Service was slow and oysters were not good. This was first time at this location I normally go to one in

Great customer service from our waiter Ricky. He thoroughly went over the specials of the day and we viewed the menu and started off with some good drinks. Appetizers and the main course were spaced out to enjoy the meal and a good pace, not being rushed. Nice presentation on the food and tasted amazing as well. We'll be back ?.
