The service was also great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable dining experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends.

Parking: The parking lot for the store is rather small and tight but there is a larger parking lot within about 100 feet or so.

I hadn't been to IHOP in years, so I was a bit worried that they might have gone down hill, as some other places have. However, the place was pretty busy. The server was very friendly and attentive, and the food was pretty spectacular! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my chicken biscuit and would definitely order it again.

The holidays can be hard on folks for a number of reasons. The day after Christmas, my server Lorrie went above and beyond to make my dining experience a good one, leaving me with a smile to start my day. She exemplifies the reason I love the Leesburg IHOP: it doesn’t just feel like a House of pancakes, but rather a Home of pancakes. Lorrie deserves recognition, which I hope includes a raise or at the least a nice holiday/new year’s bonus. She is why I will keep coming back!

Can’t really mess up a breakfast platter. There’s trash on the counter at the front. The trash can at the entrance is full. Tables that are empty aren’t being cleaned.

My daughter was so excited because it was her birthday and when we asked them to sing happy birthday with a milk shake he said we stopped since Covid 19 we come every year for our whole family
