Jersey Mike's Subs

My husband has been to this location twice. The employees were very short with him and they charged him for the wrong size sub. (Charged regular instead of the mini). The sub was ok. He wanted to give them a second chance and ordered 10 minutes ahead of his lunch break. As he waited for his sub, the employees made walk-in orders BEFORE his sub (he asked for ASAP). He waited 30 minutes total for his food. As someone who loves JMs (and has even worked at one), this is disappointing. He doesn’t plan on going again, and I don’t plan on ever going.

Drink cooler filled with product. More items on the top. Using gloves purchased at Walgreens. Not food safe. My onions are on one half of the sub. I asked for light jalapeño and got about 12. Requested light honey mustard and it is falling out of the sub everywhere 😭 this location is NOT it. My sub isn’t even fully cut. The guy putting toppings on the sub couldn’t even differentiate the difference between the in store and online orders even when handed a ticket. I used to really prefer this location out of all the ones in the area but it has quickly become the one I will avoid from here on out. The best part of my visit was speaking with another customer. The staff was quiet and gave an awkward energy.

The lady making my sandwich never changed her gloves she used the cash register and served 3 customers before me and never changed her gloves! Gross

Very poorly managed location; the owner doesn’t seem to care about the business. Online pickups are never on time, and I always have to wait 15 minutes for my online order, which I placed 30 minutes ago

I had Philly chicken, I think it was the worse sandwich I have ever had, stale bread, no taste on chicken, hardly onion and pepper, not even as close as jersey sandwiches.

I have always loved this place! I've been going to this sandwich shop for several years now, and the quality has never slipped. Continuously efficient, delicious, and welcoming. P.S. - Always give Michael the green light on your cold subs! I let him have his way every single time!

I just wanted a chipotle cheesesteak. How hard is to forget the Chipotle mayo? It’s in the name. Theres 20 people working there at a time this shouldn’t be a problem. Sorry ass sandwich

I came in after a round of golf. These boys looked to be having a long night! They were kind enough to make us sandwiches before closing! I will definitely be coming back here again! Thanks JM!!!!!

I got the Big Kahuna.
It's my favorite cheese steak, with plenty of grilled mushrooms, onions, and peppers, with jalapeños. More flavor than a regular cheesesteak!

Food was inaccurate and staff unprofessional

upon approaching the store i noticed that the store sign was off. When I entered i saw all the mat's rolled up in the corner. it wasn't that busy so I found it odd. I ordered my food and after noticing the condition of the soda and tea area decided on a bottle to be safe. I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich as well.
