Do not use this location! When I called to check on the order that was 2 sandwiches and over an hour for a 3 mile delivery,I called the store to check on it. The Manager ead rude, told me she did not care if we ever ordered again and said the delivery driver was a 3rd party driver.
Not willing to help, and hung up on me!

Food? Preparation has gone down. Maybe a new employee, but my sub didn’t look like ad or close. The toppings didn’t cover the bottom of sub sandwich.

First and last visit to this Jimmy John's. The cashier did the bare minimum, no thank you at the end of the transaction. Just handed me the receipt and turned his back so he could continue his phone conversation on his earbuds. Once I got home, I could see why the sub was done so quickly. It was the large size but there was hardly any meat on it. I couldn't tell there was any meat without opening the bread. For the prices they charge, there's no reason at all to go back here.
I’ve ordered delivery several times from the Leesburg Va location every time the system doesn’t accept my payment yet charges my bank anyways. Fix your online services or don’t have them it’s 2025

The sandwiches themselves are fine, but I only get them when I'm picking up lunch for a group on the way in to work. Because JJ doesn't open until 11:00 I either have to go into work late, or pick up lunch elsewhere.
