This place is the truth!! Food was delicious, cooked well, and hot. Service was awesome. The food is cooked to order and so there may be a wait, but worth it. I had the whiting fish and lemon pepper chicken wings. Would definitely visit again.

My oh my everything was BOMB!!!!!!!!!! from the whiting to the mac n cheese to the potato salad and the cornbread was world class, I’m convinced they make their tartar sauce in house. My one and only con is the collards are a wee bit too Smokey I prefer a slight vinegar bite myself, the best part is it’s priced to sell.

I got the fried catfish with Mac and cheese and collard greens. Catfish had an excellent fry and was nice and moist. Collards were outstanding; mac and cheese was seasoned well. My girlfriend got fried shrimp okra and mashed potatoes and she said her food was fantastic. Finally we shared some lemon pepper wings. The wings were fried well, very juicy and meaty. However, I wish they finished the wings with more lemon pepper seasoning on top. All in all great experiences and will be going back in the future.

1st time, came in when they were having a day, but glad I stayed open to alternatives as they were out of a lot but was upfront about, enjoyed the catfish, hot sauce & tarter, Mac n cheese, and spicy cabbage & collard greens. Let talk about it !!! This place is literally of the beating path and a true gem ! I heard of this spot by word of mouth and it was highly recommended and I knew I was going to make my way. I went for lunch and had their catfish, mac & cheese and fried okra. When I say I was SO excited and this food did not disappoint! From flavor to preparation, this food was delicious! The crunch on that catfish was PERFECTION! I went with my colleague and she ordered the pork chops and the presentation alone was mouthwatering. This was an amazing experience and I will absolutely be returning ????
Let me say this the music that is played here is great. Just chill music to sit back and vibe too. The young man that is taking orders is very patient and helpful.Plenty of seating inside.Artwork on walls is amazing.Food is well seasoned and your given a good amount for what your paying.I would highly recommend.
