Customer service here is a freaking joke. I get this is a mcdonald's but ive been in worse locations and never have gotten this kind of service . I could hardly understand what she was saying and when I tried to ask her to repeat she instantly got hostile and started yelling at me to order my food. Simple order, no mods, no special requests. This whole encounter completely unnecessary. Had to complete my order at the pick up window because she wouldn't listen to me and kept talking over me. There are a million places to get a quick lunch that don't berate you before you even put your order in.

The set up of this McDonald's sucks. All tables are big for a group of six or more. No easy place for a table of two. Everything is ordered through a kiosk or online app. No soda fountain to fill your own drinks. This used to be a nice McDonald's with a friendly family and friends dining room. Now it's just a fast food factory. Don't think I will be coming back anytime soon.

New design is sterile and unwelcoming. When you drive up, the parking spots on the right now are for "mobile pickup only" and the interior has two huge self service kiosks and you cannot see people working. Full marks to the designers who want us to be an even more transient culture and not have relationships with actual people. Sure, the drive through experience is decent, but the days are over when I would plan to sit with my friends here and end up going back for more. Thank you, gods of Capitalism, for yet again driving profits over humanity.

An employee that appears to be African American and I think she goes by Anaya took multiple pictures of me and when I confronted her she said this “ Oh so what what are you going to do about it? Are you gonna report it?”

Constantly getting the wrong food. Most recent trip i ordered a fish sandwich. No mods, but I only got the bun and the fish. No tartar sauce no cheese. I ended up with a fish stick with extra bread

Just walk in there on Oct 5th and there was a mouse on the ground. At first I thought it was a toy and then I saw it moving.
