Terrible experience. They didn't have all my food ready at drive through so I had to park wna wait. I waited 10 mins in my car before I went inside. No one would talk to me. I had to go so I actually left without my full order. I submitted a complaint to McDonald's corporate and was told the manager at that place would reach out. It's been weeks no one has reached out. Avoid this place if you can.

Drive through experience is terrible, whomever is taking orders doesn't listen or deliver the right food adequately.

First of all, those in charge in the afternoon never do their job, the food is cold, they never bring the food to the table, very bad customer service, they make you wait more than 10 minutes for a sandwich , even worse when they give the order wrong for another 20 minutes, when you ask for sauces like ketchup or mayonnaise they don't listen to you, the majority of those who work in front are super pedantic. It is not the first time that they treat me badly. The other time one of the workers dropped the plate of food on the table in a very bad way. But well, very bad service and most of the people are pedantic, you ask them things please and they are very rude.

The so-called "Personal Touch" at the drive-thru is really ridiculous especially when you can't even see a menu and you just have to kind of guess what you're going to get. When you say that you need to look at a menu, they get really annoyed.

They always forget the sauces and they still ask what sauce you want. If not that, it's napkins, straws, or even part of the food. That's every day. I wish they would fix that.
