Back to Melt again after maybe a year. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. The people at the front counter are friendly, the food taste great, what else could you ask for? It’s pricey, but you don’t even notice it when the food quality is high. That’s just a note and not a complaint to people expecting a 5$ burger. Burgers are thick and grilled to your requested temperature. Toppings taste fresh. The buns are fresh and soft. I used to get milkshakes and those were great...
Recently tried Melt for the first time. This place is awesome! They are doing everything right - freshly made sourdough buns, high quality beef and toppings, everything char-grilled to order and several excellent sides. Love that they are using tallow for fried items. Generous servings and great value. Even the chocolate chip cookie by the register was delicious. This place is a local gem. I plan to return soon and often. Well done, Melt!
This is one of the best Hamburger place in Northern Virginia. We went in for lunch and the place was busy. The staff was super friendly. Once we ordered the food did take 15-20 min at least but well worth the wait. I could not even finish the burger. They give pretty big portions, well worth the trip. Will definitely go back!!!
