Moe's Southwest Grill

I gave a 5 star for service due to a small issue with my online order and Alex went above and beyond to correct. There was an item left out of my bag and when I called to discuss he was very apologetic, offered the item and other free items on my next visit and they ALL were provided the next time I went in.
Atmosphere is a 3 because I never eat in restaurant.

Always love the food, but the service is hit or miss and the place always looks like it was last cleaned up two days ago. The soda machine is a guessing game of what will be available, so check before you order a drink in case your preferred option is out. This may be better as a carryout or delivery location for you.

I think had the best tasting chicken burritos and warm tortilla chips with delicious sauces . But dining place needs update .

The soft tacos were delicious. Enjoyed all of the different salsa. The gentleman was kind to assist me with bringing the food to the table. Great service

Wouldn’t even acknowledge me as I came in or when I grabbed my order and left.

I heard for a while how good Moe’s is… and I decided to try it out while “in the neighborhood.” First I stopped at the restroom (the women’s restroom looks like it’s been through the war. Especially because there’s no working locks on either stall). I still decided to get some dinner. It was pretty tasty but maybe not tasty or unique enough to for the bill. I think I’ll continue to frequent local Mexican establishments and Chipotle, instead of returning here.
