Pies are good. Customer service isn’t. Bought a few pies from here. The pies went bad. There was no expiration on the box. I returned the pie unopened and uneaten but lady refused to provide a refund after promising to refund.

Got pumpkin pie and butter pecan apple crum pie for the Thanksgiving. While pumpkin pie was just good but butter pecan apple crum was outstanding. Their pies are $30 each.

I purchased an apple pie and chocolate pecan pie for Thanksgiving. The pecan pie was excellent. The apple pie was undercooked and watery -- it was basically inedible, even after baking it further. These pies aren't cheap, and I was embarrassed to serve something like this to my guests. I won't be a repeat customer -- a 50% success rate doesn't work when you're charging a premium price.
It was my first time at Mom’s Apple Pie Bakery in Leesburg location - not worth the hype and it is overpriced ($29.95 each 9” pie) I bought 3 pies for Thanksgiving: butter crust apple pie, pumpkin pie and lemon meringue. Apple pie: the taste was just so so Pumpkin pie: Costco $6.99 12” pie is so much tastier. Lemon meringue: the pie crust was so hard I can’t cut through it. The pie fillings were just okay. Maybe they sold me an old pie. I will not come back here to buy overpriced mediocre tasting pie again.
