1/19/2026 my first time coming to any Chinese restaurant since I left the Maryland area. I was kinda skeptical on trying new Chinese spots in the VA area because I hear about of mixed reviews regarding some of the VA locations. There not too many Chinese spots in VA but we have tons in MD I must say I was very impressed of the quality of the food and the taste!!! Amazing will be coming back again. I appreciate them for taking my order early even though there weren’t fully open yet.. I know I didn’t stay to dine but place was clean and quiet when I arrived order was quick and ready when I put it up. And very friendly and pleasant people there!!! Customer service was excellent!!!

just tried to order some food while I’m at work. I called this place, gave them the address, and the lady literally said, “Let me ask the driver to see if he wants to go.” Like… what?
She comes back and says, “Sorry, maybe another time, the driver doesn’t want to go. You’re too far.” The attitude was ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
I hope the driver was also the owner, because if not, they need a new person on the phone and a new driver immediately. This is a first for me. Don’t waste your time with customer service like this, if that’s how they operate, the food is probably trash anyway.
Called store to explain how wrong was my order ,cashier answered and hang up the phone, called back she said “I’m busy and what you said is not true ,you’re a Liar”,not only they don’t accept a mistake, they insult people just for asked for supervisor or tell your order was wrong, they are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

Finally decided to find a new chinese food place. Have tried 3 other inexpensive options, but they were OK at best.
Panda Cafe is my new chinese food joint. The sweet n sour chicken dinner was actually way too much food. Easily a dinner for 2. And good quality, which is an impossible combo in Leesburg.
Assuming the quality and excellent service continues, Panda Cafe will be my go-to americanized chinese food place for many many years.

Really good experience here! Called in for pick up, two dinner combinations, shrimp lo mein and egg rolls which came to about $40. Portions were huge, very much worth what you pay for. Lo mein was really good and came with lots of shrimp, fried rice was also really good but my husband thought there was too much pork in the fried rice(this was what came with the dinner combo, unsure if there’s an option to do no pork). He also thought the kung pao wasn’t really spicy at all. My general tso’s had a little kick and was pretty good, just the same as about anywhere else really. Overall it was good food and the woman who took our order and did check out was very polite. Although we got it to go, the inside seemed well kept and clean. Plenty of space and nice atmosphere.

Great food! It is in a strip mall, so plenty of parking. Inside has 8-10 4 people tables that can easily be pushed together for larger parties. Nice place for take out or eat in.

Me and my mom came for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The place was really nice, the atmosphere was so chill, and the food was fresh. Best Chinese food I’ve ever had! I can’t believe I didn’t come here sooner. If you’re looking for some great Chinese food, this is definitely the place. I will definitely come back again. This place definitely deserves 5 stars. 😊😊😊

We ordered for delivery to the Red Roof Inn. Food was fresh and hot. Veggies appeared to be fresh and not frozen. Delivery time was quick. Tasty. Delivery driver and woman who took the order were friendly.
Very cute & clean restaurant. Went on a cold, snowy night -- quiet. Tasty food and great prices. Would highly recommend the hot & crispy chicken.

It appears to be a small family business. The food is great. I've tried most things on the menu and they've all been excellent quality. They don't cheap out on meats like some other places do. The portions are worth the price.
They seem to mostly do takeout so if you want a quiet place to eat, this may be a good option. The tables are usually empty but the interior is really nice and has a peaceful feeling to it.
Vegetarian options: If the dish doesn't say it has meat, it's usually vegetarian. I believe there are exceptions like some things being cooked with pork broth.
