How they prioritize online orders is crazy. What would have been a 5 minute wait ended up being over half an hour. Wont be back.

Came after 5 PM. Very busy. Items were not available. When asked if they could be waited for, staff said they would not be making any more today, that it would be available tomorrow. Food that was available was hot and delicious. Portion complaint. I typically do not mind small portions as American portion sizes are too large, but my mom asked for beef and broccoli, but was given 2 pieces of beef and a few pieces of broccoli. It is hard to pay for a side when you are not given much. Always affordable.

I’ve visited this place several times, and unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. Prices have increased, portions have gotten smaller, and service has slipped. When we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, there were 20 people waiting in line, yet the staff seemed preoccupied with online orders. The tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them.

Terrible service, Jeff was just eyes us down the whole time and refused to give me a water cup to drink? But then he gave one to another customer. I don’t know if this is racial profiling or what his reason for not giving me a water cup is but it was just unsettling eating at this restaurant. Will never come back

Took my son here for lunch bc he loves their food. My first time there and I can see why he loves the food. He got the chicken teriyaki and lo mein noodles. I’ve never seen fresh food from a fast food joint. They chopped the chicken right in front of us. The staff is super friendly and customer service oriented. Keep up the great team work!

I have Eaten at meny locations. You order teriyaki chicken, they grab one, cut it up, put in all on your plate. This lady cut up the chicken and gave me 80% of it and put the rest back. When I confronted her about it. Inna said 7 piece is one serving. I've never had that issue. I find it hard to believe that we are just eye balling 7 slices and calling it. I ordered 3 servings and the first two. I got all the pieces and there is a total of 24 pieces in my box. So, enjoy the 1 star I hope the two bites of chicken is worth a negative review

Every time I come here the most popular items are gone and they say it will take “a minute” to make more and then they don’t make anything for 10 minutes while everyone just stands around or orders the other stale items.

Slower than the DMV. Just order it on doordash or else you'll be in line for 30 minutes. The manager is kind of a jerk. The waiting area has no cell service so you'll be crammed in the tiny line for 30 minutes with everyone else waiting.

Every time I come here, the service is terrible. It’s almost always the same man who takes my order who is rude and unfriendly. I politely let him know that I was ordering two meals, because I wasn’t sure whether to order them all at once or let him finish one and start the other. He responds to my question with, “Just tell me what you want”. My meal was thrown together with barely any meat, and the other order even had a hair.

Tables could be cleaner, and there was a spider web on one of the trash bins, but the food here wasn't too salty, well-balanced and consistent food, and they had everything ready and prepped - the first visit had a kid cooking in the back and he did a great job with the teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken and the orange chicken. Just right, not too much sauce and not too sour or salty. Spring rolls weren't overcooked so that was nice.

I usually like this restaurant but today there was a different manager and staff. Manger was on his phone. Staff is working as slowly as they can. I waited in a line of 10 people for 20minutes. My order was started and then left on the counter for 15 minutes. By the time I got it it was cold. Also employees did not always use gloves and one was wearing a smart watch. These are major but basic health code violations. I will not be back
