Every time I come here, the service is terrible. It’s almost always the same man who takes my order who is rude and unfriendly. I politely let him know that I was ordering two meals, because I wasn’t sure whether to order them all at once or let him finish one and start the other. He responds to my question with, “Just tell me what you want”. My meal was thrown together with barely any meat, and the other order even had a hair.

Tables could be cleaner, and there was a spider web on one of the trash bins, but the food here wasn't too salty, well-balanced and consistent food, and they had everything ready and prepped - the first visit had a kid cooking in the back and he did a great job with the teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken and the orange chicken. Just right, not too much sauce and not too sour or salty. Spring rolls weren't overcooked so that was nice.

I usually like this restaurant but today there was a different manager and staff. Manger was on his phone. Staff is working as slowly as they can. I waited in a line of 10 people for 20minutes. My order was started and then left on the counter for 15 minutes. By the time I got it it was cold. Also employees did not always use gloves and one was wearing a smart watch. These are major but basic health code violations. I will not be back

Food is ok. The orange chicken is that weird blend of dark and white meat together. But wow the service is incredibly slow for it being considered fast food. The guy in the front of the food line has 0 pep in his step while 20+ wait in line for over 30 minutes. This is not the first time either! Don't come here if you're in a rush.

The staff/cooks working on 7/6/2025... what the heck? If you're having a bad day please don't take it out on us. Portions were so small. It was more cabbage than chow mein... very little noodles- and spring rolls seemed like they were reheated in oil from maybe earlier during the day or yesterday... this time it was the absolute worst and I truly regret it. And mushrooms? Too old. So disappointed...

The amount of time you wait is unacceptable. You stand to wait and order, while the staff focuses on the online/doordash orders holding up the line. Then when you finally order your food, you wait even longer just to pay while they work on handing over those online orders to the drivers. Yesterday I waited 12 minutes to order and waited another 17 minutes just to pay. They really should have one person allocated to deal with just the online/pick up orders while the rest of the staff serves the actual customers that are face-to-face in their establishment. They had one register and one cashier on a busy Friday evening.

I ordered for delivery, and it arrived promptly, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend giving them a try. Try their walnut shrimp—it’s heavenly! I’ve also been to the location before, and it’s always clean and fast.
