I was just at Panera having breakfast. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with plain cream cheese. I go to pick up my order and they tell me they are out of plain cream cheese and would i like onion and chive, strawberry or honey walnut. You know how it is when you have your mind set on something nothing else will do?! The manager saw my distress, went into the kitchen and brought me a full size cream cheese. On the way home from the hospital, I wanted some quick yummy food. We got charged for a sandwich we didn't order, but Joe the manager refunded and had us keep the sandwich. However, when we got home I realized my pecan braid which I ordered and paid for was not in the bag :(
