As much as I love Panera, this has to be the first time I’ve been disappointed. First time going to this location as it’s near home but typically I order from Herndon as that is where I work. I ordered half soup half sandwich. Soup was amazing except the cheese was clumpy and not melted. Not the complaint here. The tuna sandwich or lack there of was all bread. Barely any tuna at all. Pictures to show. I’ll always go back but this here was expensive for a bread sandwich!

I haven’t eaten at this Panera before. The service was exceptional. The tomato soup was especially delicious. I added a chipotle chicken avocado melt and that sandwich did not disappoint.

Food is as good as any panera and the atmosphere is pleasant. The service is where this restaurant falls short. We’ve ordered delivery a few times now and they have managed to get something wrong just about every time. The last time we ordered they forgot an entire smoothie, so we called to ask them to deliver it or refund it and they said we would need to come and get it as it was ordered through DoorDash so no refund could be given (we didn’t order through DoorDash but through the Panera app). We also overheard them talking about us on the other end of the phone. They were very rude and as an ex-panera employee I am very disappointed in this location. The issue was resolved but the damage was done. I don’t plan to order from this location again.

I go there nearly every day for lunch. The staff all greet me with smiles and positive attitudes. They have orders ready fast, and the food is delicious. Especially their new chili. I go there so often that I often earn free bowls of soup, or $3 off a bowl of Mac & cheese. And their new artisan sandwiches are wicked good.

Didn't realize the the smoothie is such a small size like 8oz only never stated that sells for $6+ that looks different on the web. Feel like been scammed..
