Two times you guys have done this and frankly it's ridiculous do you ever think that maybe the reason they're doing it is because they don't want you guys to deliver it because of your drivers being rude and disrespectful and taken too long and the peaks of getting there and literally it being cold. I'm not going to give my business to someone who's going to sit here and treat other people like this and cancel my order and tell them that I canceled it as well I will be reaching out to corporate over this I will be reaching out to doordash corporate over this you guys are ridiculous you get your crap together.

This was by far the worst experience ever! The pizza was delivered but obviously had been dropped. I wish I could post the picture. When I called to speak with the manager, Kaitlin said she was a manager. Made no apology and an hour and 10 minutes later, a second pizza arrived, but we were not home. So needless to say it was soaked because the delivery driver left it in the rain. And Kim, the GM, was even worse. I see why they work at a pizza joint. No other industry would hire these clowns. The entire business need to close down. Rude, nasty and unprofessional. And Costco pizza is better. That was our last time ordering from here. And you wonder why your ratings are low. But I'm sure you don't care. If you did, you'd do better, train better and be better!

Want a pizza exactly how you DIDN’T ORDER IT-Order from this place. I’ve opened my pizza to opened and spilled garlic butter, I’ve ordered extra cheese and the put so much cheese that we couldn’t eat it. And they barely cook it, so don’t expect them to cook it extra bc they never do.
It’s like 3-4 ingredients. It’s not rocket science.

I order 2 pizzas for delivery and waited 1 hour and a half then realized they were about to close. They had canceled my order and didn't even think to call me to tell me they had canceled. Had to go to bed hungry. Beware if you are ordering at night.
