I order from this Papa John's often, it's my local Papa John's. I ordered tonight and after waiting for the delivery discovered that it has been canceled. When I called to discover why they told me that despite being in Leesburg I needed to order from Ashburn.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad, for me they’ve always been spot on. I’ve always got my order on time thankfully, and the taste is great, also thankfully. I don’t know if people are expecting gourmet food, it’s pizza, it’s not that deep. But overall 10/10 for me!

Ordered a cool rach papadia got a regular paradise no cool ranch when I called and asked why they said they don't offer them anymore but I ordered online didn't even receive a call saying they don't offer it just sent me a nasty dry small.pizza folded in

This is by far the worst pizza place in Leesburg or the surrounding areas. Not papa John’s- just this place.Ordered my pizza. Came 20 minutes late. No biggie- I get places get busy.Pizza was RAW in the crust. RAW. Pure uncooked dough.Called 8 times- no answer. 9th time I get someone. They tell me to fill out a complaint form online! NO- I want a refund or a new pizza. After way too much arguing they tell me a new pizza is on the way.2nd pizza- RAW!!!!! Is this a joke!?!? I just threw it away. Lazy folks there with zero management.

This Papa Johns that serves Ashburn is awful. The scammers taking your order will say 30 min but plan for cold pizza delivered after 1.5 hours. And if you call to cancel, when you finally get through they hang up on you repeatedly. Papa John’s is the Worst managed pizza place!

I would like to thank and give a shout out to Nick at Leesburg Papa Johns (tall young man). Wednesday 6/21 evening. He was working when I picked up my families dinner. It was raining buckets, he helped carry my order to my van. Nice young man, very polite and seemed to enjoy his job. Refreshing to see these days! Family loved the entire order also!
