The meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs may have come from Giant, they could not have been hand-made. I would have liked some personality in the flavor, not something that tasted like I bought it at the store.

We ordered pickup. They didn't have it ready. They bought me a glass of wine but never apologized for the fact they didn't make our order.Food was meh. Hostess was wonderful...she let me use her own phone to let my husband know I'd be late. But yeah, definitely not worth the cost...or the trouble. The food.tatsed like we could have.picked up ready to bake meals from.costco.Very disappointed. We love wine kitchen in Leesburg but Paulies (ghost kitchen within Wine Kitchen) did not deliver to any expectation.

Delicious! The Rigatoni allla Vodka was al dente perfection. Save the drive and gas expense driving to Little Italy and come here. Nothing better than local and fresh. The service was fast. Loudoun's hidden Italian gem. Pairs well with the Dell' Food & Brew Hall's awesome beer selection.

Best Bolognese and Piccata we've ever eaten, with plastic cutlery. Chef explained his process to extract the meat flavors into his sauce. Exceptional !

It seems Paulie's is receptive to constructive criticism! We love to see it. Garlic bread is soft, pasta noodles are also... soft. Flavors on lock and service is exceptional. Thanks Paulie's!

Excellent meal here inside Chefscape, well worth the money for a quality meal. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

I really wanted the like this place and was super excited when I saw they were gonna be a pop up at ChefScape. I was super disappointed. The food was very expensive and came in very small portions. It tasted extremely mediocre, like it could've been from a can. We also waited an extremely long time for our order (like 45 min). I would not recommend. Two stars is because the food wasn't gross and the staff were friendly.

This little pop up counter is phenomenal. The pasta tastes like it was just made that day and the sauce is a perfect blend of creamy tomato goodness. My dish was dusted with some baby basil leaves which made the dish pop. Our meals were served in lovely ceramic bowls which elevated the entire dining experience. It was very affordable too. Highly recommend.

First time here. They called it handmade pasta. NOT good! Noodles and company is way better! Super expensive for not great food. Not worth the money as the taste was not good. I can say the Cesar salad was the only good thing. Had the chicken park and some other pasta.
