Ordered over the phone. Anne, the one who took my order didn’t speak clear English ended up giving me a bowl that looked like it could be dog food. I dont know what that was but it wasnt pho. I didn’t notice until after getting home. I called to explain the situation and anne the one who doesn’t speak good English proceeded to accuse me of placing wrong order. She told me to come back and to make it quick because they closed in 10 minutes came there at 9 o’clock on the dot because I only live 10 minutes away and when I came in, she already left for the day. Customer service, the food, and the whole first experience was terrible. If I was anyone reading this comment, I would just go to pho nomenal instead if this mediocre place

Food was really good, service was genuinely awful. Took 50 minutes for the food to arrive and even then it came out piecemeal. The server then never came and checked to see if the food was any good or if we needed anything. There are enough good Vietnamese places around here that I won't be back

This HAD become the only pho in town. I ordered Saturday, There must be a new chef, terrible, honestly tasted like chef by Dairy Queen in leesburg, the broth tasted the same. Bland and like just bad water. My cats again refused to eat the chicken. Noodles were like day old noodles. Son agreed absolutely terrible. Get a new chef or get old one back. Someone please get their grandmother to teach them how to make proper pho. Another example of a new chef was The fresh spring rolls were the size of my arm. Too big and fell apart. I liked the mint but that was all that gave it flavor because The peanut sauce was watered down. I hope this is a temporary problem.

I can't speak to all dishes here, but I can tell you, from my experience, I would discourage anyone from trying the Banh Mi sandwich with beef. I quite literally couldn't eat it: the beef was pure gristle and couldn't be chewed. I don't mean it was a bit tough -- it was simply gristle. When I paid the bill, I made no demands but I did tell the waitress that I couldn't eat the sandwich (she might have guess from the ABC bites on the plate), wondering if my patronage was worth some sort of adjustment. She merely smiled and said "I'll tell him."

Don’t let the 4.5 stars fool you. The spring roll was just noodles, lettuce and tough meat, The pho tasted artificial and didn’t seem like they used real spices but instead used a cube for the broth. Again the meat was really tough and not flavorful at all. The atmosphere and servers were nice which is the only good thing.

Another Vietnamese person and self-proclaimed pho snob here. Their pho is 10/10. Best pho I’ve had in YEARS! The service was a little slower but it seemed like it was just an elder lady and elder gentleman working the tables. They were very kind and sweet. Will be back!

The food is delicious! The vegan pho came with a bunch of vegetables and the tofu was prepared well. The lady who served us was super sweet and friendly. And the man who prepared the food was super nice as well and always had a smile on his face when he brought food out. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely come back :) thank you!
