Pho Royal has been my favorite Pho local restaurant for years. Always. No more.Stopped in yesterday, crispy spring rolls were not good, seems they have changed the wrapper, overly thick, filling non tasty, pickled carrots overly sweet and stale.The woman’s bathroom was filthy.Pho bowl, the thin shaved sirloin was thick the rice noodles hard the broth was overly sweet, no nuance. A completely disappointing experience. I wonder if they have new owners.

Food is always served hot. Price is reasonable. Place is clean enough. Servers are always polite and pleasant. Parking is never a problem. Best Viet soup place in the area. It’s pho real ;-)

Use to come here several years ago and it was great. I have since moved out of the area but was close by and decided to stop by for a quick bite. Ownership must have changed recently. Tables were full with people and no food. It took them close to 30 minutes to bring me my spring rolls and when the pho arrived it was clumped together and hard as a rock at the bottom of my bowl. Service was horrible as they didnt have sufficent help. I have to recommend going else where. Very sad since i use to come on a consistency basis.

Used to go there here and there but lately service became much worse. Last time I showed up at 8:20 pm ( 40 min before close) and they refused to serve myself and my wife because they said they were closing soon. I’ve honestly never been turned down service anywhere with so much time until close. The servers barely respond when you say thanks or ask them for things.. they just walk around like zombies. Pho is too salty. Rice dishes too plain. Even the appetizer came out burnt a few times. Definitely don’t recommend.

Laughably slow service, no work ethic, lazy servers and owner, pho noodles were made lazily. The lady in charge and the server both walk and move like sloths.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pho restaurant. The servers are extremely disrespectful. The manager/owner is also very rude. The pho was tasteless, and the bread of the bahn mi was stale.

The food is very badService is too slow. This restaurant has only 1 waiter and cashier. The rest only have one man helping to bring food or drinks to customers. Both of them don't understand their job very well, maybe their English is not good. Waited too long for Pho Tai Chin (Noodles with beef, vegetables, etc.), Rice with pork, eggs, vegetables, etc.). The big problem is that Pork is trash and bad, it needs to be thrown in the trash) if someone eats it, they should call 911 to pick up them go to emergency hospital as soon as possible

Be aware! I went to have lunch with my coworkers today. I eat here regularly. After I finished eating, I went to the register to pay the bill. She told me the amount and gave me the bill to add a tip. After I paid, the total amount was way too much, so I asked her to give me a receipt. On the receipt, she had added gratuity and didn't inform me about it. I ended up paying almost 35% in tips. I told her she should inform customers when gratuity is already added, especially when they haven't seen the bill. She just ignored me. I wonder how many times I've unknowingly paid both tips and gratuity together. It just doesn't seem right.
