**Extremely Disappointed – Lost a Loyal Customer Forever**

I recently had a terrible experience with the Pizza Hut location in Leesburg. I called to place an order while driving (the only reason I didn’t do it online) and paid over the phone using my credit card. I then sent a family member to pick up the pizzas, but the store manager refused to hand over the order, claiming payment was not received—even after I sent a screenshot showing the charge had gone through on my credit card.

Despite speaking to the manager myself and showing proof of payment, he refused to help, showed zero interest in resolving the issue, and clearly lacks even basic customer service skills. Now it's been over two hours, I’m out the money, and still have no food. I can only hope they threw those pizzas away and not resold to someone.

As a regular customer, I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t be returning. If this is how this store treats loyal customers, it’s not worth anyone’s time or money.

I don’t usually eat Pizza Hut and have not in this area but was enticed by the deal that was running. I ordered a pick up because delivery was a bit more expensive. I went in and picked up the order. The gentleman that rang me up was very nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing because he gave great customer service. Made it home and realized the pizza was made missing the pepperoni on half the pizza. I called the store and was transferred to the call center who then transferred me to the store. I reported the issue and they said they would remake the pizza and deliver it this time which was nice because it had just started raining. They said it could take 45 minutes. I was upset but chalked it up to not having to drive back to the store although it was 15 minutes away at most. We all patiently waited and waited and waited. No one rang the doorbell. I went to look outside after finding my phone and seeing a text notification that the pizza was delivered 44 minutes prior and that it was handed to me. Which it was not as no one even rang the doorbell. Instead it was on my front porch sitting in the rain and COVERED IN tiny bugs. I am absolutely Disgusted!! I called the store and they said DoorDash delivers for them like that would solve the issue at hand. Yes I was given a refund but I’m not aware of the amount. I want my money back for the pitiful pizza and the tip I graciously gave. This experience was completely unacceptable and reminded me why we DO NOT eat at Pizza Hut. I hate wasting food and it saddened me to have to throw the forlorn food away. I’m utterly appalled at the lack of courtesy and how a simple dinner was ruined for my family on a quiet rainy Friday night.

Every time I try and order from here they send a door dasher and I never get my order! I asked if I could get my money back and they said I had to wait until a manager got in the store. They never offered to remake it or refund and basically said tuff luck.

My recent delivery experience with Pizza Hut in Leesburg was a total disaster. I will not use them agian ever! The delivery driver never called to let me know the food was here and just left the food on the sidewalk infront of the door. By the time I git the food it was cold. And only by accident did I even see the food had been delivered. Plus Pizza Hut charges almost $6.00 delivery fee, plus the Driver received a 3.00 tip from me when I payed fir my Pizza online using their app. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut agian. Come to find out the delivery guy....isn't even a Pizza Hut driver...its a Door Dash Driver! So whats the $6.00 delivery fee for? Is that even legal? It should be clearly stated that a second party or door dash will be the delivery driver. I had no idea they were using door dash drivers but charging a Pizza Hut delivery fee! Papa Johns and Domino's do a MUCH better job!

Kid loves Pizza Hut and their deals on the app are excellent. I have never had any problems with this location whatsoever. Fast and efficient and an excellent value. 10 bucks for a large one topping is unbeatable!

They forget to add pesto basil drizzle EVERY time! I got a 6 time streak. Carry out is fine, i can quickly open the pizza and tell them to add it but the pain is with delivery.
I would have given 1 star but giving another one because the pizza is good!

Normally this location in on point, but my pizza was obviously greasy and soaked through the bottom of the box. Had to toss it when I got home. Hopefully next time it's better

This operation is a joke - please reach out directly as I recorded my interactions and all calls with corporate and in person- in person, I was told to EFF off and had an employee confront me - I left immediately but have recordings ..

$30 for an absolutely awful pizza. Minimal toppings, no pesto sauce, tasted like they just dumped a bottle of garlic powder on it. Supposed to be pesto sauce but that was nowhere to be seen. Frozen Walmart pizza would’ve been better.

I just placed and order, everything was wrong, I order breadstick, 2 pizzas, 12 wings an a soda and I did not received my breadsticks and soda, you guys send me the wrong pizza and wings!!!! And on top of that I waited more than and hour to received my order.
When I called the store and tried to communicate with the person that answered, he did not said anything and put my in hold and never answered back! I spent $110 on this order .
