Normally this location in on point, but my pizza was obviously greasy and soaked through the bottom of the box. Had to toss it when I got home. Hopefully next time it's better

$30 for an absolutely awful pizza. Minimal toppings, no pesto sauce, tasted like they just dumped a bottle of garlic powder on it. Supposed to be pesto sauce but that was nowhere to be seen. Frozen Walmart pizza would’ve been better.

I just placed and order, everything was wrong, I order breadstick, 2 pizzas, 12 wings an a soda and I did not received my breadsticks and soda, you guys send me the wrong pizza and wings!!!! And on top of that I waited more than and hour to received my order. When I called the store and tried to communicate with the person that answered, he did not said anything and put my in hold and never answered back! I spent $110 on this order .

Terrible customer service by the store manager Eddie. After we called in yesterday to place an order for delivery and they forgot about our order, he called in today to explain why they did not deliver our order! At first he said that they forgot about our order, then said they that did not have drivers to deliver it our food. He mentioned that he was supposed to call us yesterday to all apologized but he said that he forgot.
The way the store manager did not sound apologetic or sincere! It sounded like he was forced to apologize. The manager did not make it right.
This location should not offer a service that they cannot provide.

If I could give this place a -100 for customer service I would. I placed an order at 10:23AM. Food was supposed to be delivered at 10:43AM. I called the store to check why it was taking so long. They pick up and pretend that they can’t hear you. Then they put you on hold forever. Tried calling multiple times. At 12:00PM I called again with no luck. I requested a refund through their online “contact us”. This is unacceptable. If you can’t deliver food, don’t have the delivery option on your site. Will never ever come to this location. They should just shut down completely. Very disappointed.

They canceled my online order of 10 pizzas And then i asked for takeout and i waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for it to be ready do yourself a favor and get domino's instead!

Customer service at this location is terrible. I placed an order that was confirmed. When it never arrived I checked the status online and it said the order was complete. When I called the store, the person was rude and put me on hold for over 15 minutes before I finally gave up. Listen to the reviews about the terrible service here before you consider ordering.

Do not use the mobile app. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times and it’s never been resolved. I called the store and they said there was a mix up with the delivery driver and they were sending a new pizza out in 10 minutes. I never received my order or a refund. Pizza Hut customer service is absolutely terrible go anywhere else if you plan on getting delivery
