I never leave reviews but the service by Anthony (I believe that is his name he was working on September 29th 2025 at 3 PM.) Was super helpful. Honestly one of the best fast food reps I have worked with. Super cool guy. Definitely coming back in the future because he kept it one hundred with me.

They never came to deliver the pizza to me. I ordered it at 10:00 pm. It came to me almost at 11:30 pm. They said they didn't have a delivery driver. The pizza is delivered by cold ❄️. I will never order from that place again. They should close it.

Disappointed with my recent pizza. Pizza Hut has always been consistent... You know what you're getting.
Recently, I had a pizza delivered. The order was correct and delivery was quick. However, the pizza did not seem to be fully cooked. Not scary undercooked, but the crust was definitely a bit pale and doughy.
Definitely not the best pizza I've had from Pizza Hut.

Received the wrong food on part of the order after my correct receipt was placed on the wrong pizza box and delivered. Manager advised she was unable to recreate my $27 order in her own system, I would need to do carry out (ordered on Pizza Hut.com) which wanted a total of over $100. Refused to place me in contact with her supervisor. Remarkably terrible service from what sounded like a nice manager who is terribly incompetent.

**Extremely Disappointed – Lost a Loyal Customer Forever**

I recently had a terrible experience with the Pizza Hut location in Leesburg. I called to place an order while driving (the only reason I didn’t do it online) and paid over the phone using my credit card. I then sent a family member to pick up the pizzas, but the store manager refused to hand over the order, claiming payment was not received—even after I sent a screenshot showing the charge had gone through on my credit card.

Despite speaking to the manager myself and showing proof of payment, he refused to help, showed zero interest in resolving the issue, and clearly lacks even basic customer service skills. Now it's been over two hours, I’m out the money, and still have no food. I can only hope they threw those pizzas away and not resold to someone.

As a regular customer, I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t be returning. If this is how this store treats loyal customers, it’s not worth anyone’s time or money.

I don’t usually eat Pizza Hut and have not in this area but was enticed by the deal that was running. I ordered a pick up because delivery was a bit more expensive. I went in and picked up the order. The gentleman that rang me up was very nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing because he gave great customer service. Made it home and realized the pizza was made missing the pepperoni on half the pizza. I called the store and was transferred to the call center who then transferred me to the store. I reported the issue and they said they would remake the pizza and deliver it this time which was nice because it had just started raining. They said it could take 45 minutes. I was upset but chalked it up to not having to drive back to the store although it was 15 minutes away at most. We all patiently waited and waited and waited. No one rang the doorbell. I went to look outside after finding my phone and seeing a text notification that the pizza was delivered 44 minutes prior and that it was handed to me. Which it was not as no one even rang the doorbell. Instead it was on my front porch sitting in the rain and COVERED IN tiny bugs. I am absolutely Disgusted!! I called the store and they said DoorDash delivers for them like that would solve the issue at hand. Yes I was given a refund but I’m not aware of the amount. I want my money back for the pitiful pizza and the tip I graciously gave. This experience was completely unacceptable and reminded me why we DO NOT eat at Pizza Hut. I hate wasting food and it saddened me to have to throw the forlorn food away. I’m utterly appalled at the lack of courtesy and how a simple dinner was ruined for my family on a quiet rainy Friday night.

Every time I try and order from here they send a door dasher and I never get my order! I asked if I could get my money back and they said I had to wait until a manager got in the store. They never offered to remake it or refund and basically said tuff luck.
