I’ve been here several times and never make it an issue because it’s fast food but I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve asked for a LARGE order of fries, only to get regular size and no sauce—even when I’M asked which sauce I’d like…at this point, I can’t tell if they do it on purpose or not. I shouldn’t have to pay $2 or 3 extra for a side I’m not getting at the right size (and yes, this happens even when the drive-thru isn’t remotely busy)…Remember to always check your bag before pulling out…

I ordered 6Pc Wings - Honey Lemon Pepper, 6 Pc Wings - Roasted Garlic Parmesan, and a Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo with large fries and a sweet tea.When I got home and opened the containers for both wings, there was NO SAUCE on either of the wings and MAYBE a tablespoon of sauce in the container for both. I ordered the roasted garlic parmesan last week and there was sufficient sauce to cover all of the wings completely and additional sauce in the container.I called the location so they had a chance of resolving the situation properly but they did not do so and tried to make excuses, were extremely rude, and were confrontational. This is what happened:When I called, I explained the issue with the wings and they asked for a lot of information to verify my order. They said that my order was done properly and that the sauce is in the container. I had to tell them again that there was no sauce. They then said that they don't add a lot of sauce because other customers complained - that doesn't matter because there is just no sauce. I said I wanted a fresh order because it's a 20-minute roundtrip to get to the location from home. They said the only thing they can do is give additional sauce - that's not acceptable for the loss of time that I would experience. I then reiterated that I wanted a fresh order due to the time it would take in total (~30 minute old wings). They then said that the sauce is clear and that you can't see it. I then had to take a picture of the wings and send it to the manager on duty to prove my point. After receiving the picture, she still argued about the sauce being clear and that it was on the wings but I couldn't see it - quite ridiculous. I then asked to talk to the manager but the person on the phone said they were the manager. Seeing that I wasn't going to get anywhere with this, I said that I would provide feedback online and on Google about this experience and will hang up.This was an overall unacceptable experience where I tried to be polite and courteous so they could appropriately resolve the issue.

I had such an AMAZING chicken sandwich from this place today! Literally one of the best Popeyes chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. 2/7/24 at 5:30. This place usually serves nice hot chicken sandwiches which I really appreciate.Also if you go on Thursday afternoon, the food is better on other days, whoever is manager on Thursday does a great job

The guy at the counter was incredibly rude. One of my worst experiences with customer service. I asked a question about one of their sandwiches, and he retorted with a snarky comment acting as if I was stupid. When my food came, he practically threw my food onto the counter.Look, I’ve worked multiple customer service jobs, I know how taxing it can be. However, this guy took it way too far. He has no personality at all and I hope he gets fired.

Probably the best fried chicken. Best buttermilk biscuits too.I also like the chicken tenders which are beaded just right and are nice and crispy. You can get them and the chicken spicy or mild.This location is pretty good at getting you in and out quickly. Friendly and courteous staff make you feel welcome... makes you look forward to returning often.

Food is as you would expect from Popeyes. The food had to cook, so I was asked to pull up in the drive thru. The order was wrong and the staff were short. I've been at worse places, but not a place I would return to without a craving. And, if I had one, I'd probably find another Popeyes.
