I stop by this Popeyes drive-thru fairly frequently as it is on my commute route home. I normally only pick up something small for the ride home, but today I was bringing dinner to my family. 2 of the 3 meals I ordered were perfect, but my own meal was incorrect (3 chicken strips instead of a bacon&cheese sandwich).

It was busy, so I figured there had been a mix up. I really wanted the sandwich (as it was a change from my normal order), so I brought the food inside. The person who I ordered from showed me the receipt (which I was not given at the drive thru) and it said #3 like I ordered, but it was not the #3 that was posted on the signage in the drive-thru or inside.

In all of this confusion over the combo number, an employee, who I assume was a manager, asked what they could do to fix this. They gave me the sandwich thought I’d already ordered and I was on my way.

The employees listened to my issue and found a way to resolve it. They were able to calmly deal with me, who was tired and perhaps a little hangry. I appreciate the courtesy shown.

Good tasted great as always. I hope the computer system issue is resolved soon, as I am assuming that is why a different Combo is associated with the one physically posted. Next time, I will probably be going back to my normal order.

I stopped at this Popeyes location to try a chicken wrap, but quickly changed my mind. While waiting in line, I noticed what appeared to be ants crawling on the counter, which was a major turnoff. Hopefully, this is something management can address promptly. On a positive note, the rest of the store looked clean—but seeing insects at the counter definitely made me lose my appetite.

Extremely rude, unprofessional young, untrained, uncouth boy at the counter this evening. I have NEVER in my life experienced such behavior from/treatment from a worker in the food service industry in my life. I'm still too angry to type out the details. I would not be returning ever! Take your money elsewhere. From other reviews about this place, it's been a continuous that the owner has to address, else they keep on losing business

This Popeyes location once stood out for its prompt service, fresh offerings, and attentive staff—an impressive start that raised expectations. Unfortunately, that standard has declined significantly.

On my recent visit, the experience was the opposite: food was served lukewarm and noticeably dry, and the staff appeared disengaged and unmotivated, giving the impression they were counting down the minutes to closing. Multiple orders were mishandled, mine included, and the response from the manager lacked both urgency and accountability.

What’s most concerning is the operational imbalance—drive-thru customers are clearly prioritized, while dine-in patrons and online orders are left waiting, sometimes ignored entirely. It’s a disappointing shift for a location that once showed so much promise.

Employees rudely speak on their phones during their lunch break. I mean literally on their speakerphone where the whole restaurant can hear them. You can't have a peaceful meal bc you hear them having loud conversations. Was there during two employee lunch breaks where same thing occurred with both. Spoke to employee at cashier who did nothing. Spoke to manager who said she couldn't do anything about it because it was their break. I said I have nothing against break or phone but why does the whole restaurant need to hear it?

Not for the first time told to pull ahead when at the drive-thru and that'll be about five minutes for my food and I end up waiting 20 and having to walk in to get it.

RACIST EMPLOYEES. I went through the drive through on 4/5/25 at a little after 12:00 and the lady at the window refused to serve me because I didn’t speak Spanish. She kept saying she didn’t understand me all I wanted was a regular spicy chicken sandwich. Then when I went to the window she kept saying something in Spanish to me and wouldn’t take my debit card from my hand, then turned around to get on the computer and started ignoring me completely. After about a couple minutes of being ignored I just left and won’t be coming back.

Dirty tables, missing food, manager can't speak English, and slow service. Why do they think they can give you incomplete orders and not give you a refund? I don't want a credit since I won't be back. I didn't receive items, asked for a refund, gave them all the info on my receipt but they can only offer a credit for next time. I'm traveling through the area and will not be back here. I want money back for something I paid for but didn't receive! The manager can't speak English so he gives the phone to someone who has no authority to resolve issues.

Managers don't speak English and try to leave it up to employees to deal with issues. They don't give out orders correctly and just expect people to be fine with whatever they get. I feel sorry for the people working here. Check you order for every detail, odds are that it won't be right.
