Dirty tables, missing food, manager can't speak English, and slow service. Why do they think they can give you incomplete orders and not give you a refund? I don't want a credit since I won't be back. I didn't receive items, asked for a refund, gave them all the info on my receipt but they can only offer a credit for next time. I'm traveling through the area and will not be back here. I want money back for something I paid for but didn't receive! The manager can't speak English so he gives the phone to someone who has no authority to resolve issues.

Managers don't speak English and try to leave it up to employees to deal with issues. They don't give out orders correctly and just expect people to be fine with whatever they get. I feel sorry for the people working here. Check you order for every detail, odds are that it won't be right.

It never fails. I don’t know why, but every single time I come through the line, I have to wait for “10 minutes ,” but it’s usually more like 20 to receive my order. I kid you not! I think this will be my last time to come here because it’s ridiculous to keep a customer waiting so long for an order in a DRIVE THROUGH!

Was given no receipt. Ordered 6 bone in wings, received 4 bone in and 2 boneless. Sweet tea was nasty and no ranch with wings combo. I feel robbed

I asked for a spicy 4 piece no breast and they didn't want to cook the chicken because they still had to cook it and was upset about it. They gave me 2 breast and neither was spicy. Won't be going back

Purchased an 8 piece box of chicken by way of the drive-thru last night, only to find out I received 6 pieces once I got home. I Googled their number in order to call and let them know what happened, but got an answering service. Left a message...24 hours has passed... nothing.
Count your pieces before you leave their parking lot folks... you've been warned!

Showed up 10 minutes AFTER quoted pick up time. Told to park and wait for biscuits that were cooking and they would bring it out to me shortly. 15 minutes go by and I go back to see what the holdup is and they just hand me my bag without a word. Get home and the 12 piece was only a 9 piece and cold. Emailed customer support twice now and no response. Just be aware you’re taking a big risk coming to this location. They straight up dgaf.
