Potbelly

I had placed an order for delivery, but mistakenly clicked on pick-up. I called the restaurant & talked to a lady with an accent. She asked me to just try again, but this time, I ordered through the Doordash app. I noticed Potbelly's charged me anyway for the first try. I disputed it through my bank & just found out, it was denied! Potbelly's ripped me off. No going back, but pretty sure, they don't give a shit. Thanks Potbelly's.

I ordered a chicken-cheddar. They put bacon in it. Make sure you unwrap and check your sandwich before you leave the store should you choose to risk eating here. Money down the drain.

Ive come here for lunch a few times. Staff is always very friendly and order is always accurate. Usual Potbelly efficiency the line moves fast.

Can’t believe im writing this as potbelly has been one of my favorite places to eat. Today i came in at 8:40, 20 mins before closing. The two girls working immediately gave each other a look and one rolled her eyes. My interactions with them came off as rude and very passive aggressive. I brushed it off and left right after i got my food. I ate my food and within 5 minutes of finishing i began projectile vomiting and have been on and off for about an hour now. Obvious food poisoning. Not sure if its the food quality or if the girls did something to my food. Never returning. Be warned.

This was my first time at this pot belly. After eating most of my sandwich, I realized the bread was moldy. I called and spoke to a woman who said she was the manager. She didn't seem very interested. I asked for a refund and she said she would refund me. There was no apology at all and after stating she would process the refund, she pretty much hung up on me. Not very good food or customer service.

Came in and was greeted very fast and the workers there were very nice. Got a wreck and it was delicious! They always warm the sandwich and i tried their new spicy ranch and it was great. Overall service is great and the food is

Be careful, they rip you off. They charged me 10$ extra, then told me they credited it but they never did. Just be careful if you go here and check your bill. Not sure if the cashiers are steeling the money or what.

The manager is disrespectful. We love the food it’s amazing. I will never go to this location since the manager treated my family with disrespect.
