Very disappointing sub spot. We've been wanting to try this place out for months given all the great reviews. What we got was extremely disappointing. The Rueben, nearly $15, had stale bread, and barely any meat. The Italian sub we got wasn't much better. All the ingredients looked good, but nothing really stood out. It all tasted very bland, and not worth the price at all. $60 for 3 sandwiches and no one enjoyed it. You're better off going to a Jimmy John's or a Firehouse Subs.

I'm glad that you had enough time to stalk my review history, must be a slow day at the shop, that's not surprising. You're right though. I do post 1 and 2 star reviews for places like yours, so that others can know what they're getting without having to be ripped off. There are also plenty of 5 star reviews from places that actually care about the quality and value of the food that they serve. Maybe instead of being childish you could take some accountability and be less dishonest. It's bold of you to lie about the prices of your food when there are these little things called receipts. I guess $14.40 is the new $11. I'll give you one thing though, making it add up to $60 is difficult when I forgot to mention the $4.80 (world's smallest) cannoli's.
As for your plans for improvement, there's no need to train your salami. You could just pay attention to your apparent daily deliveries and maybe toss out the stuff that's gone bad, or source better quality ingredients. You could also try having some consistency, it seems most of the complaints for your deli are pricing and quality. Guess we're all just hard to please.

I've been here multiple times. Ordered delivery and gone in person. When the sub is made well it's great! The problem is the consistency. Sometimes the sub is overflowing with meat, other times there are only two slices. Today I added mustard to my sub and it was dripping mustard, wayyyy to much. Sometimes the coleslaw is great. Today, not so much... I really wish there was consistency. Not sure I'll be back for a bit.

Restaurant was clean and people were nice. The same or about the same quality as a subway. Wouldn’t really call this a deli though. Was disappointed I thought this going to be a real sandwich deli and wasn’t.

This place is the total ripoff I explained to the person behind the counter what I wanted and the size of the sandwich that I wanted he refused to give me what I was asking for and overcharged me a significant amount just for a sandwich. I will not be going back there and have nothing good to say about this place it was extremely hot in there and it stunk, the tables were very dirty and the food inside his deli case look like it had been sitting there for days completely uncovered

I only had a brownie an cookies and ice cream at the moment but 1 thing I can guarantee is that the sub's have to be kind of authentic. I smelled it but I only had 10 dollars. The owner kindly spared me the rest of the bill. Good guy good heart
