Overall, this place is great. Every staff member I’ve come across has been friendly and helpful. The food and smoothies have been great as well.

My ONLY feedback is sometimes there are chunks of ice in the açaí bowls. Not every time but it has happened more than 3 times for me.

I strongly recommend this place though!

Ordered two drinks, the Big Wednesday & Raspberry Romance. The first drink was fine, the second had a very wine-y aftertaste and after a few sips and trying to brush off the taste as well as having a third person try it, determined the fruit was fermented and tasted very very off. One of the few times I've given this place a try and I'm sad to say its not gotten better.

I visited Robeks this morning with my girls and my sister.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted and made to feel so welcome.
The staff went above and beyond in service. My 2yo loved her strawberry smoothie and the Acai bowls were delicious!
Thank you for leaving such a positive impression on myself and sister - good service is hard to come by. We will be back!

I asked for a toast with egg and avocado but they gave me half a toast with lemon and a bad avocado. Where are the eggs I paid for? Not to mention the smoothie, it has so much coffee that it is undrinkable. ...they blamed the delivery person but the bag was completely closed.

Staff was friendly and attentive.

This place is absolutely amazing! I just got delivered the acai strawnana bowl and it looks and tastes amazing. Someone even wrote on the bag “you are so loved <3” which is very appreciated and adorable. Will be ordering again soon!

I ordered Hummingbird smoothie and found big chunks of fruits in it. I think the staff rushed into making it, although I don’t know why since we were the only customers there. Mistakes happens sometimes, but the staff should have paid attention when pouring in the cup.

Certainly overpriced, a simple half avocado on a loaf of bread is astonishingly priced at $9. This basic avocado toast lacks any special ingredients or presentation to justify such a high cost.

Update: I reached out to the owner as requested. I was informed that my experience was an exception and not representative of their usual service. I was assured compensation. Based on the owner's response, I am upgrading the rating from one star to four stars

My son was very pleased with this drink and I'm very pleased with mine. I live in West Virginia and they should bring them here.... But only if it's the same type of service LOL

Vegetarian options: Only ever had just a bite of someone's Avocado toast. All other orders have been smoothies.Everything has been great!
