I visited Roy Rogers and ordered a simple cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, it took 20 minutes to receive my order, which is unacceptable for such a basic item. The staff seemed disorganized, and the long wait negatively impacted my experience. I hope management addresses these service issues to improve for future customers.

The store was clean and the staff friendly. The roast beef was tender and juicy. The bun was soggy. The fries were limp and cold. The Fixins bar was out of lettuce, onion, and had only a couple of green tomato slices. The pickles were good and the banana peppers looked good. I recommend the horseradish sauce, and the cowboy sauce filled in for the empty ketchup container. The drink machine was fun to use. For a 13- meal, it was underwhelming.

Hmmmm… haven’t been to Roy Rogers in YEARS but came for breakfast and left heavily unsatisfied. The driest chicken biscuit sandwich I’ve eaten and was disgusting, two bites was enough. The chicken and particularly the waffles was also gross. Came hungry and probably won’t come back. Definitely not my first pick for any meal going forward. Service was nice though which is the ONLY reason it got two stars.

Went in for breakfast pancakes for Cole bacon was cold. I could not eat it. I gave it back to them, but they did not give me a refund the worst place ever I would never ever eat here again.

My all time favorite place to eat. Everything is amazing service,food,parking,food,and food.
I had to wait 45 min just to get a milkshake, and it wasn't even that busy. Also, I asked about it, and they forgot i even had an order, and they lost it too. I got it after 45 min, but I waited another 30 for my fries. I got small fries, and I asked about them quite a few times, and I never got them. The milkshake was okay, though. never got my fries roy Roger's

I had a fantastic experience at Roy Rogers recently! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. It was clear the woman keeping the floors and outside areas clean took great pride in her work – everything was spotless.The food was delicious! Everything seemed fresh, and the staff did a great job pointing out money-saving options on the menu. They also took the time to explain the Roy Rogers app and all the deals and free food it offered. This was a big help, and I'll definitely me using the app in the future.Overall, I highly recommend Roy Rogers! They offer delicious food, friendly service, and great value.
