January 4 2026. I had the roy Roger's app but deleted it because I can never get the freebies at the market st location in Leesburg because the staff can't figure out how their app works. The parking lot also had discarded used needles near the Handicapped parking spot on January 4th. The incompetent casier also didn't give me the senior citizen discount. I won't be returning to this Roy's...ever!!!

We stopped for a late dinner (7:00pm) tonight. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very quiet. The fries were a little cool but not yet cold. Almost time to dump the batch that had been sitting there. The sandwiches were freshly made, hot off the grill. This may be the best of the Roy Roger's that I have been to. I can say it is the best one in Leesburg. Please continue to do what you do. I love to come into this store when I am in town.

Lady working behind the counter has long hair only in a ponytail. She was swinging her hair nasty. Also kept our coats on the whole time, could see our breath over all the worst Roy Rodgers ever been in.
Excellent roast beef with the ability to add condiments as I desire.

Place was cold, no heat and the exhaust fan over the grill wasn’t working, one of the employees apologized

As always staff is great always a easy trip and correct stuff. Be patient some people arent as fast as others but they get the job done and are all nice as can be. Monica is always a delight to talk to and has a great attitude towards everyone and Regina keeps the lobby spotless when shes there. Carey is definitely missed here we need him back at the Market Street location he is definitely ready to be put into a GM position for his customer service and his Communication skills with customers and employees

Another under staffed location. Long wait for food. And no one was in front of me. Felt bad for the customers that came in after. 5 plus orders standing around waiting for a 1/4 hour to be served when I left. Who knows how long they waited.

I visited Roy Rogers and ordered a simple cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, it took 20 minutes to receive my order, which is unacceptable for such a basic item. The staff seemed disorganized, and the long wait negatively impacted my experience. I hope management addresses these service issues to improve for future customers.
Great menu. The pancakes are delicious. The sausage gravy is great too. Sometimes it’s hard to choose.

Stopped here for lunch during the "January Freeze". I had the Fried Chicken Combo with Onion Rings as the side, and a Diet Coke. While the chicken was the average (For Roy's!), the onion rings were a standout! Unless/until Popeye's brings theirs back, Roy's has the best fast food onion rings out there. One thing that was completely unnecessary were the signs on the restroom doors saying "Customers Only -Ask Employee For Code", then waiting for an employee to be free, only to be told, "They're unlocked". If that's the case, take the signs down! Like any Roy's, it's a Recommend!
The store was clean and the staff friendly.
The roast beef was tender and juicy. The bun was soggy. The fries were limp and cold. The Fixins bar was out of lettuce, onion, and had only a couple of green tomato slices. The pickles were good and the banana peppers looked good. I recommend the horseradish sauce, and the cowboy sauce filled in for the empty ketchup container. The drink machine was fun to use. For a 13- meal, it was underwhelming.
