Do not order takeout! Host was rude when food took an hour for 2 meals. Food is not worth the almost $70 (2 hibachi meals ordered). They messed up our orders. We asked for 2 extra yum yum sauce (4 total) instead of the steak sauce and got only 2 filled half way. PLUS it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like whipped cream and made me instantly feel nauseous. I legit never complain like this but don’t waste your money.

Don't support this racist organization! When I went to the Leesburg location, I requested a seat in front of the teppan. It's crazy, but I was told that they only seat you in front of the teppan if there are two guests. At this point, I should've just left but I wanted the food. At the moment, there were two white families seated at different tables in the restaurant. I head to the bar and place my dinner order. The server brings out my drink and a salad. Two more white families come in and are seated. After placing my order, I wait for twenty-five minutes. Then, the server asks me if I would want to stay and wait for my dinner, telling me it would take an additional thirty-five minutes because the second chef is coming out to serve the new white customers. I assumed that this was a first-come, first-served restaurant. While I don't expect Benihana treatment, I do expect to be treated justly and fairly, just as the employees do.

It was slow and I could complain, but that's not what I'm here for. I came to the restaurant again after a few year's and I was disappointed in a few ways. The big thing is if I come to enjoy myself I should be able to choose what I leave as a tip and who I decide to tip. I understand the cook has to share tips with the person serving (refilling water) and that's not fair. I tried to tip the cook more and it was not allowed. I don't expect this place to last much longer, I'm the only person here at 2:12 pm on a beautiful Saturday. I will definitely be making my next visit with the compilation.

We have been going to eat in the restaurant and picking up take out for years. Tonight, we ordered take out online & received an order confirmation email. We waited the estimated 40 mins to pick up our order. It is a 20 minute drive to get there. Once we arrive, they told us that they don’t have time to make our food and to call back later for a refund. We asked to speak to the manager. He was extremely rude when we explained that we ordered online & drove a far distance to pick it up. No one called or emailed us to let us know that they weren’t able to serve us. Instead of apologizing, the manager asked us to leave and not to bother him anymore. No wonder they never have anyone in their restaurant & can’t seem to keep staff. I guess we need to find a new Japanese steakhouse.

My family's been going here since it opened and we've never had a bad meal. Great place for hibachi and sushi. Ask for Calvin, he's awesome.

Most of my party got sick after eating here. Those that got sick all had shrimp with their hibachi. That seemed to be the common factor. It's a shame because the food was tasty. The staff were very nice. The cleanliness of the restaurant and facilities were a little lacking. Sticky floors and facilities were not too clean. Such a shame as we were looking forward to eating there.

I hate writing this review. I LOVE SAKURA. I’ve eaten at their other locations so specifically picked this one to have hood Japanese food but received the opposite. The food was so bland and the yum yum sauce was not great either which is usually the best part! The thing that really stuck with me was the fact that the cook used utensils to cook with that were touching raw meats and was not exchanged out or cleaned. He used the spatula to put the raw chicken on the grill and cook it up then immediately used the same spatula to pick up rice and veggies that had the raw meat on it! I will stick to the Chantilly location.

To be fair, we went at an off time and were the only ones in the restaurant. Service was good, chef seemed to be in a hurry and food was just average. So, it was a bit overpriced.

As A Top Tier Rater and Local Resident..... This place does not represent our community right. How about you start with hiring people that have respect. Food is blend. Drinks are bad. I demand for this place to be replaced. I respect all cooks and servers but when something needs to be said, I speak the truth.Thank you for your time.

Food was alright For $30 - $40 a plate you sort of hope it’s going to be amazing. Went on a Wednesday night so I guess I shouldn’t expect the best chef to be on, but this guy barely did any of the cool stuff that makes these places fun. Probably will go closer toward Tysons/DC next time.

Oh my. While i can not speak for the hibachi, the sushi was surprisingly good. Perhaps that’s because my expectations were rather low… but this is a place i want to come back to.The fish is fresh, it melts in your mouth, and the mix was practically perfect. If you don’t like ACTUAL miso, don’t get the miso soup. It’s not your usual onion soup. This has actually miso. My wife wasn’t a fan but, as someone who regularly enjoys ramen, i loved it.Be patient, they are short staffed, but the staff that is here seems wonderful.I’ll come back and try the hibachi next month.
