It was amazing good bbq pull apart brisket and pork is cooked right. The sweet bbq sauce hits right with the sweet and tang and the Texas toast I had on my brisket and pork sandwhich hit the spot. Cornbread is best I've had in the area so far. Only other bbq place I'd say could have competition would be the one off rt 50 in aldie and this one even tops that 1 thanks

Parking: Plenty for compact cars or small truck. Wouldn't put a trailer in there...

Great atmosphere for sure, every time, all weekend. Really good food but could have a wider variety and maybe a bit more salt honestly. There aren't waiters, it's an order at the counter/ pager system. Which can be nice.

We hosted a private event at Schmidt’s for a welcome party the night before our wedding. Schmidt’s was AWESOME in every way. Stephanie was so helpful from the beginning, and was so easy to communicate with. They proactively invited us out for a tasting to create us four different delicious signature drinks.
