Amazing ciabatta bread baked fresh every day! I typically get a sandwich, and then two loaves of ciabatta to enjoy at home. The sandwiches are refreshing and easily customizable. Make sure you save room for dessert because their sweets are out of this world. I also like to get a couple of German Chocolate Bars (layers bars, what have you) so I can have one after dinner too! When the weather is great the patio dining is splendid. Lastly, if you are working out on the W&OD Trail, it is a short little detour to nourish yourself for the rest of your exercising.

New to the area. Ordered too good to go a few times.
Have had the chicken/egg/tuna salads all amazing. The breads I’ve bought all awesome need to be tried. And had the last time I got the Beef stroganoff that was wow. So far everything I have ate there I’ve been beyond happy with. Going to be my go to from now on.

Came in at 8:26 A.M. because your schedule says you open at 8 A.M. on Sundays. We were told we couldn’t order until 10 A.M.? Really disappointing, made the drive out here for nothing. Please update your hours or clarify your service times.
Our food was delicious, and service was quick. The portions are generous!

The ciabatta bread is amazing. My favorite spot on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The crunch wrap or the chicken ciapini are the best. You can buy loafs of bread fresh. Also the potato leek soup is amazing.

Have been a regular at Puccio’s for years and came here for the first time today after seeing this place win a “Best of Loudoun” award. I’m at a loss to understand why. The experience was quite disappointing. Not only were the sandwiches hastily slapped together, but the meagre ingredients were lacking in quality and taste. The Reuben, especially, was super disappointing. The one available at Stoneybrook in Hillsboro is vastly superior and costs about the same.

This place is a hidden gem and THE place to go for lunch in Leesburg! My family and I enjoyed excellent sandwiches (herb chicken salad is fantastic) with prompt, patient (especially with two young indecisive kids) and a relaxing patio atmosphere. We loved our experience and can’t wait to return.

Best sandwich/soup combo in the area. So good
We occasionally get catered lunches from South Street Under and they always crush it! Christie is always accommodating and great to work with. The sandwiches are delicious and the bread is so good!

Very good breakfast/lunch place. It’s very popular!
Great sandwich!
This place is great! Chicken salad and the Ciabatta bread are my faves so far.
Like the bag says....get two Ciabatta bread because one will be gone on the way home!
We've gone to south street several times now (typically for the breakfast fare) and have generally had positive experiences.
However, yesterday i ordered a reuben that gave me the worst bout of food sickness I had ever experienced. Consistent vomiting and diarrhea for around 12 hours through the night, nausea, and could barely sleep. Despite previous good experiences, that will make it hard to go back
Fantastic meatloaf sandwich on the best ciabatta I've ever had on a sandwich. The meatloaf could've been a little more lively but the entire bite with all components left me wanting to go back in. I wish they put the tomato-pepper chutney on both sides.
To the restaurant, I recommend adding a few more hot options to the menu with the ingredients they have. A chipotle chicken or Southern style turkey would be rather easy to incorporate.
Excellent cookies!
Seating inside is rough. Plan to take it to go.
