My family truly misses the kind, professional, and friendly staff who used to work here. Unfortunately, the service has changed. Some of the newer team members—particularly the young women—come across as dismissive or unfriendly. The men are still great, but the overall experience just isn’t the same.

It’s also frustrating that at least one drink is made incorrectly every single visit. I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a consistent issue. I hope the hospitality and quality improve, because we used to really enjoy coming here.

Baristas blatantly ignore you and are rude when you have a question. Waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order and most of the waiting dealt with me being ignored.

Today I had the pleasure of stopping by this location and was immediately impressed with the staff and service. Omar is an amazing manager leading an even better team! Earlier in the day I visited a different location and did not enjoy my interaction but this location went above and beyond to not only give 5 star service but also rectified the experience I had earlier. I can honestly say that this was the best experience that I’ve received from a Starbucks location ever. Thank you so much to the team here and I can’t wait to return.

I’m visiting to the state and wanted to sit down and relax while enjoying my drink. The staff is amazing and the location is kept clean. But there is a guy not sure if he’s homeless walking in and out and walking up to the customers while they are sitting and making a few people uneasy. Not sure if they allow this but he’s always a disturbance to everyone who is sitting down. He did it to me and I took my drink and computer and left

The baristas here are so friendly, and the espressos are always on-point! It's a really clean store, and there's usually available seating. It's an updated Starbucks with a relaxing vibe.

I have been here several times now and every time it is a bit of a disappointment. I order my drink before I leave the house, about 10-15 minutes before I get to the store. And every time I have to wait another 10-15 minutes to get my order, which is a chai Latte and sometimes a croissant. One day I waited for 20 minutes for my food order, and when I asked about it, apparently it was just sitting on the counter in a spot that the employees don't check. I watched the guy I asked pick it up, look at it, and just hand it to me like it wasn't ridiculous. Not even a sorry...and the place was basically empty. It's frustrating to be late to work because someone put your order down where nobody looks and forgot about it. Also, it seems like the drinks come out very slow. On the days I go here before work, I make sure to place my order well in advance and get there early, and I'm still late for work. So I either walk out without my order that I payed for or I am late to work.

On a separate note, idk if I'm just going in on bad days but I have never been greeted when going in, and I say thank you when I pick up my order and I have never been acknowledged. It sounds small/insignificant but I saw several other reviews saying the opposite so I figured I'd put in my experience too.

This is the only location on the way to work for me so I'd need to go way out of my way to find a location that isn't slow as molasses.

They’re slow took 30 minutes this morning for a cold brew and 20 minutes for the same drink at noon. Go to the one closer to Walmart. Still have yall 5 stars bc I love starbies but pick up the pace homies.

I came in after peak breakfast. I walk in to get my normal order a small frappe and a grilled cheese. The girl taking my order was also making my drink and food. Her name was jade from her name tag. She had an attitude the whole order and when I asked her if I had done something wrong she rolled her eyes at me! After I paid I left a tip like usually just a few dollars she scoffed at me and walked away into the back. I waited for 10 minutes in an empty restaurant waiting. A few people came in after me and got their drinks and food before I got mine. When I got my drink I picked it up and asked where my food was. The Jade girl scoffed rolled her eyes and went to go make it. I had to wait for another 10 minutes. I had to pick my kids up from a play date but I was late because of this rude behavior and I will never be visiting here as long as that Jade girl still works there. This is just unprofessional and they need to train these people. Absolutely terrible.
