I think in general many people find it easier to complain than to give kudos. I stopped in at the Starbucks today and I’m so glad I did. My greeting as soon as I walked in the door, just put a smile on my face. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. The employees looked happy, whether they were having a bad day or not. It was very uplifting. Of course, my coffee is delicious. I had a Horchata shaken espresso.

My straw broke after a couple sips in. Please replace straws to higher quality.
They didn't have change for $50.
Drive thru personnel was really bubbly and friendly. Give her a bonus.
