I honestly don't know what's going on with this location. It used to be fine, but in recent months good luck getting your order in a timely fashion, even if you pre-order on the app. Today, only ordered a food item that doesn't need to be heated, and more than ten minutes later they still didn't have it out. Dude acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked for it finally and actually went to the pick up area first like I hadn't checked there first. Not the first time this has happened in recent weeks. Hope they improve their flow.

Staff here is by far the worst I have ever encountered at a Starbucks with most sleepwalking through their duties. It’s like they’re doing you a tremendous favor by making a coffee and forget about them calling out your name when your order is ready. At least try. Really sad.

It's stressful, it's the 4th time I order a sandwich without cheese and they always give it to me with cheese 😑😑 I order it there because it's the one closest to my house. The person in the sandwich section should pays more attention to the tickets instead of talking.

All ppl my shop come everyday ! I tell them the drink to light last time , im make sure do this time beter, they say- you have to pay extra 😡 Ppl working there not nice at all The best Starbucks at landsdown - ppl working there . So nice... the best service

I can’t believe my experience at this Starbucks today. I paid with a $50 bill for an order that was over $33, and they said they didn’t have change to give me back. On top of that, when I ordered a small drink, the cashier kept correcting me about their sizes instead of just understanding what I wanted. The way she kept talking was so annoying, and it really felt like they didn’t care about good customer service. Very disappointing and I won’t be coming back to this location.

It’s ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait to get your drinks. They have 3 employees 2 are doing the same thing which is taking out the trash and you have one guy doing drinks and poor guy looks like he needs help. It’s so slow. The lady at the cash register was rude and was trying to take my order and talking on the phone. The are more then 10 people here waiting for their drinks. And then the girl that is serving the food doesn’t even call the costumers name!! Then on top of that the gave my cup all full of cream on the side didn’t clean my cup at all!

Terrible customer service. All teenager with HUGE attitudes. Not one of them stepped up and fixed the issue. Asked me to wait 1 hour for refill tried to keep me hostage at location. They are not educated about their own policies. Had a decent interaction with shift lead Liz who made it right but the staff should have been well trained to take care of it on the first visit. No customer wants to drive back a 2nd time just to have what was asked at first time. Not sure why this place employed a bunch of teenagers who show attitude to customers. Definitely not customer service oriented. Go to another location don’t waste your $ here
