I came at 7:55 pm and the store was closed. There was a white young lady in there. As someone who was worked in restaurants we have never closed before it said closed online. Whoever this lady is should be suspended. She is costing Starbucks $$

This morning I made my usual purchase of coffee and lemon loaf using the Starbucks App,
I went to the store, took my order and left, on the way I got ready to eat, with the coffee everything was perfect, but the lemon loaf was divided into 3 pieces, and it was a bad impression for me, I had never received the product in that state, it made me distrustful because I can't know why the product was that way, or if they dropped it and placed it that way in the bag or what!, I took a picture of the lemon loaf as proof. Starbucks has always lived up to my expectations and that is why I am a loyal customer, I would like to know what I can say about it, or if it happens again how should I proceed? Thank you.

Gentlemen, this place is a very bad place to go shopping. There is a very bad staff there, they don't serve you well and they do things very badly. I went there buying a frappuccino coffee and they didn't
The only nice thing I can say is the cashier was absolutely lovely. The 2 people making the drinks were trying their best but at the same time could keep their attitudes and forgetful-ness in check. The store needs a face-lift and more employees. And having simple things such as whipped cream in stock would be great.
